Ce sont souvent de r\u00e9elles sources d&rsquo;inspiration. Mais la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 n&rsquo;est pas toujours aussi rose. Et il pourrait \u00e9galement y avoir mati\u00e8re \u00e0 tirer quelques enseignements de cas un peu moins glorieux&#8230; Prenons 3 exemples r\u00e9cents d&rsquo;entreprises dont les clients ont \u00a0quelques raisons de se plaindre, et ce alors que ces soci\u00e9t\u00e9s ont boulevers\u00e9 leurs march\u00e9s respectifs. Facebook, Ryanair, Tesla.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ces 3 entreprises m\u00e9prisent leurs clients \u00e0 des degr\u00e9s divers. Et que se passe-t-il? La r\u00e9volte gronde \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur&#8230; Nous sommes pr\u00eats \u00e0 prendre le pari suivant: les entreprises &lsquo;ind\u00e9licates&rsquo; seront \u00e0 court et moyen terme sanctionn\u00e9es par leurs propres\u00a0collaborateurs.<\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0question de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience client et de la n\u00e9cessaire implication des travailleurs charg\u00e9s de la mettre en oeuvre est centrale. Le principe est \u00a0simple : il est fort probable qu&rsquo;une entreprise qui m\u00e9prise ses clients adopte une attitude semblable vis-\u00e0-vis de ses collaborateurs. Et vice versa!\u00a0Comment ceci se traduit-il?<\/p>\n<p>Facebook applique de mani\u00e8re unilat\u00e9rale des m\u00e9thodes de gestion abusives des donn\u00e9es personnelles de ses clients. Nombre de ses collaborateurs se plaignent de s\u00e9rieux probl\u00e8mes de gouvernance au sein du g\u00e9ant des r\u00e9seaux sociaux. Ryanair annule de multiples vols au beau milieu de nos vacances et refuse naturellement d&rsquo;indemniser les clients l\u00e9s\u00e9s, tout en ayant \u00e0 affronter des mouvements sociaux internes visant \u00e0 sortir de conditions de travail plut\u00f4t tendues. Tesla ne parvient pas \u00e0 honorer les commandes de son mod\u00e8le 3 et doit faire face \u00e0 une vague d&rsquo;annulations (23% selon la plupart des sources)&#8230; L&rsquo;entreprise est confront\u00e9e dans le m\u00eame temps \u00e0 un exode r\u00e9el des ing\u00e9nieurs qui, selon ses dires, fuyaient Apple il y a quelques mois pour rejoindre l&rsquo;aventure et qui d\u00e9sormais retournent au bercail plac\u00e9 sous le signe de la pomme&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>La coh\u00e9rence de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience collaborateur et de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience client est absolument indispensable. Mais\u00a0essayons d&rsquo;aller un peu plus loin. Nous pensons que les travailleurs et les consommateurs vont s&rsquo;unir \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir dans une m\u00eame exigence de qualit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de nos entreprises. C&rsquo;est la strat\u00e9gie de la tenaille. Explication.<\/p>\n<p>Fortes de leurs positions sur le march\u00e9, certaines organisations ont pris le parti d&rsquo;imposer \u00e0 leurs clients des pratiques et des conditions d\u00e9testables. Au fond, puisque cela continue \u00e0 fonctionner&#8230; Pourquoi changer?<\/p>\n<p>Cela ne va pas durer. Car, au-del\u00e0 des th\u00e9ories \u00e9conomiques de l&rsquo;offre et de la demande, il est question d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9gance, de respect, de plaisir et d&rsquo;\u00e9motions partag\u00e9es&#8230; Il n&rsquo;y a pas de meilleure fondation pour une croissance durable que l&rsquo;amour (ou l&rsquo;amiti\u00e9 si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez) envers nos clients et nos collaborateurs. Nous pensons que ce sont justement les collaborateurs qui parviendront \u00e0 ramener leurs employeurs \u00e0 de meilleurs sentiments.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e0 o\u00f9 les autorit\u00e9s \u00e9chouent \u00e0 r\u00e9glementer de nouveaux march\u00e9s qui se sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 transform\u00e9s lorsque les analystes ont enfin d\u00e9crypt\u00e9 leurs modes de fonctionnement, les collaborateurs sont en capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;imposer de nouvelles approches vertueuses.<\/p>\n<p>Le premier outil de pression semble \u00e9vident: la d\u00e9mission. Priver\u00a0ces employeurs ind\u00e9licats de leurs meilleurs talents devrait les ramener \u00e0 la raison. Actuellement,\u00a0cela ne semble pas aussi simple. Les travailleurs restent en effet attach\u00e9s \u00e0 ces entreprises qui les soumettent pourtant \u00e0 des conditions difficiles. L&rsquo;esprit pionnier, celui qui les a pouss\u00e9s \u00e0 rejoindre leur employeur au moment o\u00f9 celui-ci \u00e9tait en phase de conqu\u00eate, perdure. Mais cela ne suffira plus. La r\u00e9volte est l\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui a chang\u00e9? La transparence totale bien entendu, mais aussi la fatigue qui a gagn\u00e9 les rangs des travailleurs les plus d\u00e9vou\u00e9s. Dans la dur\u00e9e, celle-ci s&rsquo;installe et r\u00e9duit le seuil de tol\u00e9rance de chacun d&rsquo;entre nous. Le niveau de lassitude est tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9 aujourd&rsquo;hui. Nous faisons face aux limites des mod\u00e8les bas\u00e9s sur l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9. Ceux-ci peuvent tourner un temps certain gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la rotation des effectifs. Mais cela ne tient pas dans la dur\u00e9e. Et, aujourd&rsquo;hui, les forces internes de nos organisations ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de r\u00e9agir et de manifester.<\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises qui refusent de l&rsquo;entendre vont souffrir terriblement et devraient savoir que la chute peut \u00eatre aussi rapide que l&rsquo;ascension.
