Elle semble indiquer que les employeurs ont la possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper des consommateurs fid\u00e8les au cours du processus de recrutement, en influen\u00e7ant par-l\u00e0 directement le chiffre d\u2019affaires et la profitabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise.<br \/>\n<em>\u00ab Aujourd\u2019hui, les demandeurs d\u2019emploi et les candidats mesurent de plus en plus leurs exp\u00e9riences avec les m\u00eames normes qu\u2019ils utilisent pour acheter des produits et des services en ligne \u00bb<\/em> explique S\u00e9bastien Delfosse, HR &amp; Legal Director de ManpowerGroup BeLux. \u00ab<em> \u00c0 l\u2019\u00e8re du digital, le processus de recrutement ne doit pas \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une simple transaction souvent automatis\u00e9e et impersonnelle, mais plut\u00f4t comme une opportunit\u00e9 de b\u00e2tir des relations de confiance avec des futurs collaborateurs ou des futurs clients. Il s\u2019agit donc de mettre en place une strat\u00e9gie de recrutement qui fasse vivre une exp\u00e9rience de qualit\u00e9 au candidat en privil\u00e9giant le contact personnel avec le candidat \u00e0 toutes les \u00e9tapes du processus de s\u00e9lection. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Impact sur les intentions d\u2019achat des candidats<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Contrairement \u00e0 ce que l\u2019on pourrait penser, le fait de ne pas \u00eatre retenu pour un poste a peu d\u2019impact sur la r\u00e9putation de l\u2019entreprise. L\u2019enqu\u00eate montre au contraire que le manque de transparence au niveau du salaire ou de la description de fonction (63%), l\u2019absence de r\u00e9ponses lors de l\u2019envoi d\u2019une candidature (59%) ou une mauvaise exp\u00e9rience lors de l\u2019interview (59%) \u2013 notamment au niveau de l\u2019accueil \u2013 sont les trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui ont le plus d\u2019impact sur les intentions d\u2019achat des candidats.<\/p>\n<p>A c\u00f4t\u00e9 de ces exp\u00e9riences \u2013 qui touchent directement le candidat lors du recrutement \u2013 , les candidats citent dans une moindre mesure des facteurs plus g\u00e9n\u00e9raux li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019image de l\u2019entreprise: le peu d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat accord\u00e9 au d\u00e9veloppement durable ou \u00e0 la responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale (26%), le manque de clart\u00e9 dans la vision et la mission (25%) ou le peu d\u2019attractivit\u00e9 de la culture d\u2019entreprise (18%).<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Attention aux effets n\u00e9gatifs.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Selon l\u2019\u00e9tude de ManpowerGroup, les effets n\u00e9gatifs d\u2019une mauvaise exp\u00e9rience pour un candidat se propageront dans son entourage. En effet, plus de 8 candidats sur 10 (83%) d\u00e9clarent partager leur mauvaise exp\u00e9rience de recrutement lors d\u2019une conversation personnelle avec leurs amis ou connaissances, tandis qu\u2019un sur cinq (19%) fera usage de la technologie pour communiquer son exp\u00e9rience autour de lui. 50% des candidats interrog\u00e9s estiment qu\u2019une exp\u00e9rience n\u00e9gative v\u00e9cue par une connaissance pourrait avoir une influence sur leurs d\u00e9cisions d\u2019achat.<\/p>\n<p>Dans son nouveau white paper \u00ab\u00a0Add to Cart : Candidates are Consumers, too\u00a0\u00bb (\u00ab\u00a0Ajouter au panier: les candidats sont eux aussi des consommateurs\u00a0\u00bb), ManpowerGroup formule une s\u00e9rie de\u00a0conseils visant \u00e0\u00a0am\u00e9liorer l\u2019exp\u00e9rience des candidats lors du processus de recrutement.<\/p>\n<p>Investir dans la marque employeur, soulager la charge de travail des recruteurs d\u00e9bord\u00e9s, \u00eatre transparent, cultiver le vivier de talents issus des consommateurs&#8230;\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0Ce vivier de talents est encore souvent inexploit\u00e9 alors qu\u2019il pr\u00e9sente un r\u00e9el potentiel\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> commente S\u00e9bastien Delfosse. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Pourquoi ? Parce que les d\u00e9partements RH et les d\u00e9partements marketing travaillent trop en silo, alors que les marques d\u2019employeurs et les marques commerciales deviennent toujours plus interconnect\u00e9es dans l\u2019esprit des consommateurs et des candidats. En b\u00e2tissant davantage de synergies entre ces deux marques, les entreprises pourraient d\u00e9velopper un r\u00e9el avantage concurrentiel.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Note &#8211; l\u2019enqu\u00eate \u2018Candidates Preferences Survey\u2019, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e dans 24 pays, vise \u00e0 sonder les attentes et les comportements des candidats \u00e0 travers le monde. ManpowerGroup a interrog\u00e9 17.994 candidats en recherche active, \u00e2g\u00e9s de 18 \u00e0 65 ans issus de la population active (pas de retrait\u00e9s, ni de personnes au foyer).
