A suivre&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"chapeau\">Essenscia, la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration de la chimie et des sciences de la vie, devient le premier secteur industriel \u00e0 signer une convention collective de travail en mati\u00e8re d\u2019innovation et de transformation structurelle avec les partenaires sociaux.<!--more--><\/div>\n<p>Le secteur joue un r\u00f4le pr\u00e9curseur en la mati\u00e8re \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 qu\u2019il s\u2019agit de la premi\u00e8re convention de ce type sign\u00e9e par un secteur industriel avec les organisations syndicales.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019innovation \u00e9tant inscrite dans l\u2019ADN du secteur, l\u2019ouverture d\u2019un dialogue avec les syndicats sur l\u2019innovation et la transformation structurelle s\u2019inscrit parfaitement dans la mission d\u2019essenscia.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abNous sommes tr\u00e8s heureux que les syndicats  reconnaissent de mani\u00e8re unanime l\u2019importance cruciale de l\u2019innovation pour la croissance et qu\u2019ils souhaitent relever le d\u00e9fi avec nous \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Yves Verschueren, administrateur d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 d\u2019essenscia.<\/p>\n<p>La convention sectorielle pr\u00e9voit que le d\u00e9bat s\u2019articulera autour de 7 points concrets :<br \/>\n1) Mesure de la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019innovation du secteur ;<br \/>\n2) Importance des mesures d\u2019aides des autorit\u00e9s en faveur de l\u2019innovation et de la transformation structurelle ;<br \/>\n3) Quantification des investissements R&#038;D et mesure de leur impact sur la production et l\u2019emploi ;<br \/>\n4) Etat des lieux des comp\u00e9tences et savoirs n\u00e9cessaires des travailleurs actuels et futurs en mati\u00e8re d\u2019innovation ;<br \/>\n5) Renforcement de l\u2019importance de l\u2019innovation dans le dialogue social ;<br \/>\n6) Promotion de l\u2019innovation aupr\u00e8s du grand public et optimisation du processus \u2018go to market\u2019<br \/>\n7) L\u2019organisation du travail comme outil pour le travail durable et une comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 renforc\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Nous souhaitons ouvrir un large d\u00e9bat avec les syndicats tant sur les innovations de produits et de processus que sur les innovations dans l\u2019organisation du travail. Nous avons l\u2019ambition qu\u2019\u00e0 travers cette convention, les partenaires sociaux uniront leurs forces afin de renforcer la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 de l\u2019industrie belge de la chimie et des sciences de la vie et, donc, de l\u2019emploi.
