Au niveau mondial, le march\u00e9 de l\u2019ATS (Application Tracking System \u2013 Syst\u00e8me de suivi des candidats) repr\u00e9sentait 1.1 milliard de dollars en 2017 et atteindra 1.8 milliard de dollars en 2023.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La startup Skeeled propose un outil bas\u00e9 sur l\u2019intelligence artificielle qui a pour but de digitaliser et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le recrutement. Implant\u00e9e en Belgique depuis 2014, elle annonce la V2 de son logiciel r\u00e9volutionnaire sur le march\u00e9 du recrutement. Sachant qu\u2019un recruteur re\u00e7oit en moyenne 250 CVs par poste ouvert (selon Glassdoor), l\u2019outil de Skeeled devrait offrir un gain de temps important dans la phase d\u2019analyse des CVs.<br \/>\nElle annonce aujourd\u2019hui le lancement de la version 2 de son logiciel dont l\u2019ergonomie et le design ont \u00e9t\u00e9 revus et l\u2019UI\/UX ont \u00e9t\u00e9 repens\u00e9s pour am\u00e9liorer de mani\u00e8re significative l\u2019exp\u00e9rience utilisateur pour le recruteur.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les recruteurs, Skeeled veut \u00eatre un v\u00e9ritable outil de travail, une plateforme sur laquelle sont analys\u00e9es toutes les candidatures re\u00e7ues par rapport aux postes ouverts. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son algorithme et \u00e0 l\u2019intelligence artificielle, la plateforme s\u00e9lectionne les profils de candidats vraiment pertinents par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019offre d\u2019emploi et permet au recruteur d\u2019avoir acc\u00e8s aux profils analys\u00e9s, comprenant les r\u00e9ponses au test de personnalit\u00e9 (selon le \u00ab Big Five Model \u00bb) et les vid\u00e9o interviews.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 candidat, le processus pour postuler via la plateforme est simple : il doit tout d\u2019abord remplir son profil, uploader son CV, et \u00e9ventuellement, si demand\u00e9 par le recruteur, r\u00e9pondre au test de personnalit\u00e9 et enregistrer une vid\u00e9o interview.
