R\u00e9sultat:\u00a040 % des employ\u00e9s ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient pas du soutien n\u00e9cessaire\u00a0lorsqu\u2019ils commencent un nouvel emploi.\u00a0Par ailleurs, l\u2019\u00e9tude a confirm\u00e9 que, bien qu\u2019il existe des processus d\u2019int\u00e9gration dans certaines organisations, ces derniers semblent \u00eatre le r\u00e9sultat de suppositions des RH qui ne correspondent pas toujours \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience r\u00e9elle des employ\u00e9s.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019onboarding ou l\u2019int\u00e9gration d\u2019un nouvel employ\u00e9 au sein d\u2019une organisation a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 le stade de la tendance et s\u2019est fermement ancr\u00e9e dans le vocabulaire des professionnels des RH. Bien que l\u2019onboarding soit une \u00e9tape cruciale avec de nombreux avantages concurrentiels pour les entreprises, la plupart ne mettent pas suffisamment l\u2019accent sur leur processus d\u2019int\u00e9gration.<\/p>\n<p>Le Prof Dr Dirk Buyens, Professeur en Ressources Humaines et Partenaire de la Vlerick Business School et son \u00e9quipe ont donc souhait\u00e9 examiner davantage cette question. Ils ont men\u00e9, en collaboration avec Talmundo une recherche ind\u00e9pendante concernant les attentes versus la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de l\u2019int\u00e9gration RH \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle europ\u00e9enne. Cette \u00e9tude vise \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir ce dont les nouveaux employ\u00e9s ont le plus besoin lorsqu\u2019ils d\u00e9butent un nouvel emploi, afin d\u2019informer les professionnels des RH.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Nous avons d\u00e9couvert que le processus d\u2019int\u00e9gration est encore loin d\u2019\u00eatre parfait \u00bb<\/em>, explique le Professeur Buyens. <em>\u00ab Tous les professionnels des RH qui ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude consid\u00e9raient que l\u2019int\u00e9gration \u00e9tait extr\u00eamement importante, pourtant 34 % des employ\u00e9s n\u2019ont pas du tout suivi de programme de ce type dans leur organisation \u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats les plus surprenants r\u00e9v\u00e8lent que 40 % des employ\u00e9s n\u2019ont pas b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 du soutien n\u00e9cessaire requis pour d\u00e9marrer un nouvel emploi, et qu\u2019il a fallu plus d\u2019une semaine \u00e0 43 % des employ\u00e9s pour que leurs outils et postes de travail soient mis en place. Sachant que la r\u00e9ussite des nouvelles recrues commence avant leur premier jour et continue bien au-del\u00e0 de leur premi\u00e8re semaine de travail, il est essentiel que les RH mettent leur processus d\u2019int\u00e9gration et de pre-int\u00e9gration \u00e0 jour.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, l\u2019\u00e9tude signale que la phase d\u2019onboarding est souvent pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9e. En effet, 52 % des employ\u00e9s ont indiqu\u00e9 que leur p\u00e9riode d\u2019int\u00e9gration \u00e9tait termin\u00e9e apr\u00e8s le premier mois \u00e0 leur poste, alors que 48 % des RH comprennent l&rsquo;importance d\u2019une int\u00e9gration prolong\u00e9e durant au moins les trois premiers mois dans une nouvelle entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Se rendre compte des divergences entre ce que pensent les RH et les nouvelles recrues n\u2019est que la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape pour un bon parcours d\u2019onboarding. <em>\u00ab Les entreprises doivent \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute des besoins des nouveaux employ\u00e9s, mettre en place des solutions utiles, cr\u00e9er des opportunit\u00e9s pour le feedback et continuer sans-cesse d\u2019am\u00e9liorer leur parcours d\u2019int\u00e9gration \u00bb<\/em>, explique Stijn De Groef, PDG de Talmundo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Selon une nouvelle \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Vlerick Business School et Talmundo, la plupart des entreprises n\u2019ont pas de parcours d\u2019int\u00e9gration RH en place.
