Il s\u2019agit surtout de travail fixe et \u00e0 temps plein, ou d\u2019un emploi \u00e0 plus de deux tiers. Pour les PME bruxelloises, les attentes en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi atteignent un niveau record : 45 % d\u2019entre elles d\u00e9clarent vouloir recruter au quatri\u00e8me trimestre. Ceci sont les conclusions les plus frappantes de la 33e enqu\u00eate sur l\u2019emploi commandit\u00e9e par \u00a0SD Worx aupr\u00e8s de 1.090 PME belges.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Une PME belge sur trois veut encore recruter au cours du trimestre \u00e0 venir. La Flandre et la Wallonie ne sont pas si diff\u00e9rentes l\u2019une de l\u2019autre, leurs intentions de recrutement s\u2019\u00e9levant respectivement \u00e0 33,4 % et 31,3 %. Les PME nourrissant les projets les plus ambitieux pour le trimestre \u00e0 venir se trouvent \u00e0 Bruxelles : pr\u00e8s d\u2019une PME bruxelloise sur deux (44,7 %) veut recruter de nouveaux effectifs. C\u2019est le niveau le plus important atteint \u00e0 Bruxelles depuis le d\u00e9but des mesures de SD Worx en 2010. Dans six PME sur dix, y compris les plus petites organisations, il est question d\u2019une expansion des activit\u00e9s \u2013 bien que nous constations que les intentions de recrutement sont les plus importantes dans les grandes PME. En pratique, les co\u00fbts salariaux restent certainement une source de pr\u00e9occupations pour les plus petites PME. Nous les aidons en les conseillant sur de possibles r\u00e9ductions groupe-cible et en les informant au sujet des mesures d\u2019Actiris \u00bb,<\/em> explique Patricia Dehon, directrice r\u00e9gionale \u00e0 Bruxelles chez SD Worx.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le pic de juin 2018, quand un pourcentage record de 38,1 % des PME d\u00e9claraient vouloir recruter, nous observons \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent une l\u00e9g\u00e8re baisse des projets de recrutement au quatri\u00e8me trimestre, sauf \u00e0 Bruxelles (+29,6%) et au Limbourg (+18,3%). Par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re (28,3 % en septembre 2017), nous constatons cependant que les attentes sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es cette ann\u00e9e (+20,8%).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour l\u2019embauche \u00e0 temps plein, avec des diff\u00e9rences r\u00e9gionales<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Pour plus de sept PME sur dix en Flandre (75,0 %) et \u00e0 Bruxelles (70,1 %), il s\u2019agit de contrats \u00e0 temps plein ou \u00e0 plus de 2\/3 \u00bb<\/em>, clarifie Patricia Dehon de SD Worx. Il n\u2019y a qu\u2019en Wallonie que le nombre d\u2019organisations en qu\u00eate d\u2019effectifs \u00e0 temps plein a clairement diminu\u00e9 (39,9 %). Mais des diff\u00e9rences s\u2019observent aussi selon la province, la taille de la PME et le secteur. <em>\u00ab Plus l\u2019organisation est grande, plus elle a tendance \u00e0 chercher des travailleurs pour occuper des postes \u00e0 temps plein ou avec un emploi \u00e0 plus de 2\/3 : 79,5 % des PME comptant de 50 \u00e0 99 travailleurs cherchent des collaborateurs \u00e0 temps plein, alors que ce n\u2019est le cas que de 48,9 % des PME avec moins de 5 travailleurs. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Priorit\u00e9 au travail fixe<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour toutes les r\u00e9gions, les contrats \u00e0 dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e sont les types de contrat les plus fr\u00e9quents lors des embauches. Plus de deux tiers (71 %) des plans concernent des emplois fixes. L\u2019emploi temporaire ou \u00e0 dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e reste minoritaire, et repr\u00e9sente moins d\u2019un tiers des projets. 17 % des cas concernent un poste temporaire (\u00e0 dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e) ; les plans pour des travailleurs free-lance et int\u00e9rimaires restent respectivement limit\u00e9s \u00e0 4 % pour le trimestre \u00e0 venir, bien que ce chiffre puisse augmenter selon la taille de l\u2019entreprise.<br \/>\n<em>\u00ab Les PME r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissent principalement en termes d\u2019emploi \u00e0 dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e. \u00c0 cet \u00e9gard aussi, il y a des diff\u00e9rences claires en fonction de la taille de l\u2019entreprise. Plus l\u2019entreprise est grande, plus elle s\u2019int\u00e9ressera au travail temporaire dans le cadre d\u2019un contrat int\u00e9rimaire : il est question de 14,9 % pour les PME comptant de 50 \u00e0 99 travailleurs, contre 1,5 % pour les plus petites PME occupant de 1 \u00e0 5 travailleurs. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Pour ses pr\u00e9visions d\u2019emploi trimestrielles, SD Worx a interrog\u00e9 pour la 33e fois un nombre repr\u00e9sentatif de petites et moyennes entreprises belges sur leurs attentes en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi. 1094 entreprises occupant de 1 \u00e0 99 travailleurs ont pris part \u00e0 cette \u00e9dition de l\u2019enqu\u00eate. Pour l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019\u00e9chantillonnage, la marge d\u2019erreur est de 2,9 %.
