Mais toutes les possibilit\u00e9s ne sont pas aussi bien connues de nos PME. Les grandes PME sont souvent mieux inform\u00e9es des diff\u00e9rentes possibilit\u00e9s, comme le v\u00e9lo (\u00e9lectrique), Internet@home, l\u2019assurance hospitalisation, la prime b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire, le budget mobilit\u00e9, les jours de cong\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaires ou la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration flexible\u2026 pour n\u2019en citer que quelques-unes du top 10 qui int\u00e9ressent les employeurs.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Un quart (25,9 %) des PME comptant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 100 travailleurs envisagent d\u2019introduire de nouveaux avantages extral\u00e9gaux ou une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration budg\u00e9tairement neutre en 2019 : 15,2 % r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissent \u00e0 des avantages extral\u00e9gaux et 10,7 % (soit une sur dix) voudraient pr\u00e9voir un compl\u00e9ment, si c\u2019est possible en maintenant la neutralit\u00e9 budg\u00e9taire. Environ une PME sur sept (14 %) envisage une augmentation salariale pour une partie des collaborateurs, et 12,6 % d\u2019entre elles envisagent une augmentation salariale pour tout le monde. L\u2019autre part (47,5 %) d\u00e9clare n\u2019avoir pas de marge de manoeuvre pour introduire des compl\u00e9ments.<\/p>\n<p>Les meilleures composantes salariales d\u00e9j\u00e0 populaires parmi les PME sont : les ch\u00e8ques-repas et les \u00e9coch\u00e8ques (70,1 %), la voiture de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et l\u2019abonnement social (respectivement \u00e0 65,6 % et 63,0 %), le nouveau budget mobilit\u00e9, l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 v\u00e9lo, le v\u00e9lo \u00e9lectrique\u2026 (sous le vocable de mobilit\u00e9, avec 48,7 %) et les assurances (l\u2019assurance groupe figurant en t\u00eate \u00e0 60,8 %, suivie par l\u2019assurance hospitalisation et l\u2019assurance invalidit\u00e9) avec 43,3 %. D\u2019autres composantes, dont la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration flexible, le bonus salarial, les primes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires, les warrants et les jours de cong\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaires suivent avec 31,5 %. Pr\u00e8s d\u2019une PME sur cinq (17,6 %) est int\u00e9ress\u00e9e par ces &lsquo;autres composantes&rsquo;, bien qu\u2019elles ne fassent actuellement pas encore partie de sa politique salariale. 13,5 % des PME d\u00e9clarent ne pas encore conna\u00eetre ces composantes, ni les possibilit\u00e9s dans le domaine de la mobilit\u00e9. Plus l\u2019entreprise est grande, mieux les possibilit\u00e9s lui sont connues.<\/p>\n<p>Olivier Gu\u00e9don, directeur r\u00e9gional chez SD Worx, commente :<em> \u00ab\u00a0Au d\u00e9but du processus de budg\u00e9tisation pour 2019, les PME \u00e9tudient les possibilit\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de salaire. Seules 5 % d\u2019entre elles d\u00e9clarent ne jamais accorder d\u2019augmentation salariale. M\u00eame pour les entreprises qui n\u2019ont pas l\u2019impression d\u2019avoir une marge de manoeuvre financi\u00e8re, il existe des solutions budg\u00e9tairement neutres. Mais ce qui est mal connu est peu appr\u00e9ci\u00e9. De nombreux avantages ne sont pas encore connus partout. Notre derni\u00e8re \u00e9tude r\u00e9v\u00e8le que les PME s\u2019int\u00e9ressent surtout aux nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s relatives aux v\u00e9los \u00e9lectriques, \u00e0 Bike Mobility (un plan dans le cadre duquel le travailleur peut faire un usage tant professionnel que priv\u00e9 du v\u00e9lo de l\u2019employeur) ou au budget mobilit\u00e9. Or les \u201cautres composantes\u201d, comme la prime b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire ou les jours de cong\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaires, ont un potentiel encore plus important pour les PME, surtout si elles sont faciles \u00e0 mettre en oeuvre.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Six PME sur dix convaincues de l\u2019effet positif sur la motivation.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Six PME belges sur dix estiment qu\u2019une augmentation salariale individuelle a un effet positif sur la motivation ; trois PME sur dix (29,0 %) jugent que l\u2019effet est \u00e0 court terme, et trois sur dix (28,6 %) y croient \u00e0 condition que l\u2019augmentation rel\u00e8ve d\u2019une politique salariale propre. Trois sur dix n\u2019y croient pas, par exemple parce qu\u2019elles se fient davantage aux avantages alternatifs (11,9 %) ou \u00e0 la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable (1,7 %).<br \/>\n<em>\u00ab\u00a0Une augmentation salariale est une fa\u00e7on de valoriser la contribution personnelle, tandis que les avantages extral\u00e9gaux (pour l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019entreprise ou des groupes de fonctions) rendent en outre l\u2019entreprise plus attrayante en tant qu\u2019employeur.
