Conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions l\u00e9gales en la mati\u00e8re, la phase d\u2019information et de consultation avec les syndicats est \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent entam\u00e9e.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 l\u2019acquisition de Coditel par Telenet en juin 2017, Coditel Brabant SPRL (op\u00e9rant sous la marque SFR) a continu\u00e9 \u00e0 fonctionner de mani\u00e8re ind\u00e9pendante en commercialisant la marque SFR.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, parmi les diff\u00e9rentes options possibles, le choix a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait de proposer aux clients SFR en Belgique de passer graduellement sur des produits Telenet. La marque SFR ne pouvant en effet, en vertu d\u2019un accord conclu avec Altice au moment de la reprise, \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e que pour une p\u00e9riode limit\u00e9e. Ce qui implique la r\u00e9duction rapide des activit\u00e9s commerciales de Coditel (ventes et services \u00e0 la client\u00e8le) et des autres activit\u00e9s qui y sont li\u00e9es (finance, IT,\u2026) et \u00e0 terme la cessation de ces activit\u00e9s \u00e0 la fin mars 2019.<\/p>\n<p>La direction n\u2019a d\u00e8s lors malheureusement pas le choix et doit annoncer son intention de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 un licenciement collectif qui devrait concerner 40 postes sur les 49 que compte Coditel en Belgique. Seules quelques fonctions sp\u00e9cifiques directement li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019infrastructure r\u00e9seau et au fonctionnement de l\u2019entit\u00e9 restante seront maintenues.<\/p>\n<p>Le personnel ainsi que les repr\u00e9sentants des travailleurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9s aujourd\u2019hui, ce qui permet le d\u00e9marrage de la phase d\u2019information et de consultation avec les organisations syndicales.<\/p>\n<p>Si l\u2019intention de la direction devait \u00eatre confirm\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019issue de la proc\u00e9dure de consultation, les travailleurs impact\u00e9s auront la possibilit\u00e9 de postuler pour d\u2019autres fonctions au sein du groupe Telenet et Coditel fera tout son possible pour assurer le meilleur accompagnement des personnes concern\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cLa d\u00e9cision d\u2019envisager un licenciement collectif a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement difficile \u00e0 prendre, et nous allons collaborer au mieux avec les travailleurs et leurs repr\u00e9sentants dans les semaines \u00e0 venir.
