A l&rsquo;analyse de plus de 115.000 donn\u00e9es relatives aux salaires des employ\u00e9s, cadres et membres de direction, <em>\u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;in\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale entre hommes et femmes perdure obstin\u00e9ment, en d\u00e9pit du cadre r\u00e9glementaire.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><!--more--><\/div>\n<p>Le droit \u00e0 un travail et un revenu d\u00e9cents figure dans notre Constitution belge. Et l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des genres est \u00e9galement un principe fondamental au niveau europ\u00e9en. L\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re encore, la loi de 2012 relative \u00e0 la lutte contre l\u2019\u00e9cart salarial entre hommes et femmes a \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par une comp\u00e9tence de contr\u00f4le suppl\u00e9mentaire pour l\u2019Etat et des obligations pour l\u2019employeur. <\/p>\n<p>Chaque analyse r\u00e9v\u00e8le que, pour le m\u00eame travail, les femmes sont moins bien r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9es que leurs coll\u00e8gues masculins. L\u2019\u00e9cart salarial exprime g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la diff\u00e9rence entre la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration masculine moyenne et la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration f\u00e9minine moyenne, formul\u00e9 en pourcentage de cette r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration masculine. <\/p>\n<p>Lorsque le calcul est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec des salaires bruts, l\u2019\u00e9cart salarial est plus grand que lorsque le salaire net sert de base. Cela s\u2019explique notamment par le syst\u00e8me des imp\u00f4ts progressifs. Et des diff\u00e9rences dans le statut des travailleurs influencent \u00e9galement l\u2019in\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale. Chaque m\u00e9thode de calcul a donc ses limites. <\/p>\n<p>Ind\u00e9pendamment de cela, l\u2019\u00e9cart salarial s\u2019explique principalement par la s\u00e9gr\u00e9gation. Les femmes travaillent plus souvent dans des secteurs ou des m\u00e9tiers qui paient moins bien (s\u00e9gr\u00e9gation horizontale). Et lorsque hommes et femmes sont actifs dans la m\u00eame branche, les femmes occupent fr\u00e9quemment des fonctions inf\u00e9rieures (s\u00e9gr\u00e9gation verticale). A cela s\u2019ajoutent enfin des \u00e9l\u00e9ments personnels qui ont un impact, comme les diff\u00e9rences de dipl\u00f4mes. <\/p>\n<p>Les m\u00e9tiers ou secteurs dans lesquels travaillent de nombreuses femmes paient traditionnellement moins bien. Comment cela s\u2019explique-t-il? Le travail des femmes est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un travail \u2018l\u00e9ger\u2019 \u00e0 valeur \u00e9conomique inf\u00e9rieure. <\/p>\n<p>Un \u00e9cart salarial r\u00e8gne aussi au sein de chaque secteur s\u00e9par\u00e9ment. Dans le commerce, un secteur v\u00e9ritablement f\u00e9minin, l\u2019\u00e9cart salarial est de plus de 25%. Dans les secteurs de la pharmaceutique, des services et \u2018autres\u2019, il descend en revanche sous les 15%.L\u2019in\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale reste, elle, relativement limit\u00e9e dans le secteur de la chimie. L\u2019\u00e9cart s\u2019av\u00e8re le plus fort au niveau des membres de la direction et des cadres, \u00e0 l\u2019exception une nouvelle fois de la pharmaceutique. De m\u00eame, le nombre des femmes qui font carri\u00e8re est plut\u00f4t limit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, les travailleurs ne re\u00e7oivent pas seulement un salaire mensuel fixe, mais aussi un salaire variable (bonus, commissions, primes, warrants\u2026) et une s\u00e9rie d\u2019avantages compl\u00e9mentaires. La somme du salaire fixe et variable forme le Cash Total Brut. Quatre avantages courants sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement repris dans la R\u00e9mun\u00e9ration Totale Brute: ch\u00e8ques repas, remboursement de frais forfaitaires, assurance groupe et voiture de soci\u00e9t\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p>Il appara\u00eet que le salaire variable et les avantages augmentent encore l\u2019in\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale. Tout secteurs confondus, ce sont principalement les hommes qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de warrants (options) ou d\u2019une voiture de soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Celle-ci reste plut\u00f4t un avantage pour les hommes mais pas seulement dans des secteurs typiquement masculins comme la construction, l\u2019industrie et la chimie, mais \u00e9galement dans le commerce \u2018f\u00e9minin\u2019. Statistiquement, seulement 26% des v\u00e9hicules de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sont attribu\u00e9s \u00e0 des femmes, contre 74% \u00e0 des hommes !<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 le cadre r\u00e9glementaire, le principe \u2018\u00e0 travail \u00e9gal, salaire \u00e9gal\u2019 rel\u00e8ve encore malheureusement plus de l\u2019utopie que de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. L\u2019\u00e9cart salarial peut \u00eatre combl\u00e9 de deux mani\u00e8res: briser la s\u00e9gr\u00e9gation horizontale et verticale et mieux valoriser et r\u00e9mun\u00e9rer les m\u00e9tiers typiquement f\u00e9minins.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le constat port\u00e9 par le groupe SD Worx est malheureusement sans appel.
