Consid\u00e9rons qu’il s’agit d’un rappel utile et d’une petite dose d’anticipation! Pour m\u00e9moire donc, le front syndical commun (CSC, FGTB en CGSLB) avait annonc\u00e9 une journ\u00e9e d’action \u00e0 Bruxelles le 11 mars 2015. Objectif: persuader le gouvernement de revoir sa position dans certains dossiers en cours.<\/div>\n

Bien entendu, nombre d’entre nous peinent \u00e0 comprendre les motivations de cette journ\u00e9e d’action suite au projet d’accord du groupe des 10 ent\u00e9rin\u00e9 par toutes les organisations hormis la FGTB. Dans l’attente d’une clarification en la mati\u00e8re, rappelons donc \u00e0 nouveau les dispositions utiles en la mati\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

Cette journ\u00e9e d\u2019action est une initiative interprofessionnelle et est couverte par un pr\u00e9avis de gr\u00e8ve. D\u2019un point de vue juridique, elle entre dans le champ d\u2019application de la gr\u00e8ve de 24 heures et le service du dimanche s’applique donc au minimum. <\/p>\n

Ces actions peuvent donner lieu \u00e0 des absences. Les syndicats consid\u00e8rent cette journ\u00e9e d\u2019action comme une journ\u00e9e de gr\u00e8ve.<\/p>\n

Quelles cons\u00e9quences pour le salaire des travailleurs?<\/strong>
\n– Le travailleur gr\u00e9viste n’a pas droit au salaire.<\/p>\n

– Le travailleur dispos\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler qui se rend normalement au travail et ne peut y commencer ou poursuivre son travail en raison d’une action de gr\u00e8ve n’a pas davantage droit au salaire.<\/p>\n

– Le travailleur d\u00e9sireux de travailler peut \u00e9ventuellement recevoir des allocations de ch\u00f4mage.<\/p>\n
