Ces chiffres sont publi\u00e9s aujourd\u2019hui par le Groupe IDEWE, service externe pour la pr\u00e9vention et la protection au travail.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Un an apr\u00e8s le lancement du #MeToo (et de son \u00e9quivalent francophone #BalanceTonPorc), le harc\u00e8lement sexuel au travail est toujours d\u2019actualit\u00e9. Au cours des 6 derniers mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant le moment o\u00f9 ils ont r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 l\u2019enqu\u00eate, 8,3% des travailleurs y ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9s au moins de temps \u00e0 autre.<\/p>\n<p>Les trois comportements ind\u00e9sirables \u00e0 connotation sexuelle les plus courants sur le lieu de travail sont les suivants :<br \/>\n&#8211; jeter des \u0153illades ou d\u00e9shabiller du regard (6,8%) ;<br \/>\n&#8211; approcher sexuellement au moyen de gestes, paroles, e-mails, SMS, etc. (3,2%);<br \/>\n&#8211; attouchements sexuels (2,1%).<\/p>\n<p>Les femmes (9,5%) sont davantage confront\u00e9es \u00e0 du harc\u00e8lement sexuel que leurs coll\u00e8gues masculins (6,1%). L\u2019\u00e2ge et le secteur sont \u00e9galement des facteurs d\u00e9terminants. En effet, les travailleurs plus jeunes (&lt; 45 ans \u2013 9,5%) sont confront\u00e9s quelque peu plus souvent \u00e0 du harc\u00e8lement sexuel que leurs coll\u00e8gues plus \u00e2g\u00e9s (&gt; 45 ans \u2013 6,9%). Par ailleurs, les cas de harc\u00e8lement sexuel sont les plus fr\u00e9quents dans les secteurs suivants :<br \/>\n&#8211; soins de sant\u00e9 (10,6 %) ;<br \/>\n&#8211; construction (10,3 %) ;<br \/>\n&#8211; commerce de d\u00e9tail (10,2 %) ;<br \/>\n&#8211; services (6,6 %) ;<br \/>\n&#8211; enseignement (4,6 %).<\/p>\n<p>Lode Godderis, directeur du service Knowledge, Information and Research du Groupe IDEWE, commente les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019enqu\u00eate : <em>\u00ab Les auteurs de harc\u00e8lement sexuel sont autant des personnes internes \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise (coll\u00e8gues ou sup\u00e9rieurs hi\u00e9rarchiques) que des personnes externes (visiteurs, clients, fournisseurs ou patients). On note des diff\u00e9rences marqu\u00e9es entre les secteurs. Par exemple, les travailleurs du secteur des soins de sant\u00e9 sont davantage les victimes d\u2019auteurs externes. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Un bien-\u00eatre psychosocial beaucoup plus faible.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les cons\u00e9quences des comportements abusifs sur le lieu de travail ne doivent pas \u00eatre sous-estim\u00e9es.\u00a0Selon Hilde De Man, responsable du d\u00e9partement Aspects psychosociaux chez IDEWE, <em>\u00ab le bien-\u00eatre psychosocial des victimes en est consid\u00e9rablement diminu\u00e9. Cela se traduit entre autres par une plus faible satisfaction au travail, une moindre intention de rester, un nombre d\u2019absences plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, davantage de stress et un plus grand risque de burn-out. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises ont donc tout int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 \u00e9laborer une politique sur ce th\u00e8me.<br \/>\nIndiquez clairement \u00e0 vos collaborateurs quelles sont la vision et la politique de votre organisation afin de cr\u00e9er un climat de travail respectueux.<\/p>\n<p>De plus en plus d\u2019entreprises consacrent davantage d\u2019attention \u00e0 cette probl\u00e9matique. <em>\u00ab Le mouvement #MeToo a amen\u00e9 les entreprises \u00e0 se tourner davantage vers nous pour mettre en place des actions de sensibilisation aux comportements respectueux au travail ou encore pour d\u00e9finir un code de conduite. Un cadre pr\u00e9ventif clair aide \u00e0 poser des limites lorsque celles-ci sont n\u00e9cessaires \u00bb<\/em>, conclut Hilde De Man.<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: IDEWE<br \/>\nM\u00e9thodologie &#8211; 45 121 travailleurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s entre 2016 et 2018 sur leur bien-\u00eatre psychosocial et les comportements ind\u00e9sirables au travail. L\u2019\u00e9chantillon se composait \u00e0 66 % de femmes, 55 % des participants avaient moins de 45 ans et 54 % \u00e9taient titulaires d\u2019un dipl\u00f4me de l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur.
