Les Young Potentials auront l\u2019occasion unique de d\u00e9couvrir le travail de leur mentor.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le Young Potential Boost Camp est un programme de mentorat con\u00e7u pour offrir des exp\u00e9riences et des activit\u00e9s enrichissantes et inspirantes \u00e0 de jeunes talents f\u00e9minins et les mener plus rapidement vers une brillante carri\u00e8re dans les TIC.<\/p>\n<p>Le Boost Camp sera lanc\u00e9 le 18 octobre 2018. Les jeunes talents pourront, en pr\u00e9sence de personnalit\u00e9s cl\u00e9s du monde des TIC, \u00e9changer leurs points de vue sur ce que repr\u00e9sente une carri\u00e8re dans les TIC lorsque l\u2019on est une femme. Le 18 octobre, les mentors et leurs prot\u00e9g\u00e9es se rencontreront pour la premi\u00e8re fois. Elles en apprendront davantage sur les femmes dans les TIC et sur l\u2019influence de \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019Internet of Things\u00a0\u00bb (IoT) sur leur futur lieu de travail. Orange Belgium b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie en effet de plus de 18 ann\u00e9es d\u2019expertise et plus de 2.000 experts en IoT et en data \u00e0 travers le monde.<\/p>\n<p>Quel programme d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s pour ces jeunes talents f\u00e9minins? Elles pourront observer, \u00e9couter, questionner et s\u2019impr\u00e9gner du moindre d\u00e9tail des carri\u00e8res de leurs mentors. Elles tiendront un journal vid\u00e9o \u00e0 propos de ce programme de coaching qui s\u2019ach\u00e8vera au premier semestre de 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Ingrid Gonnissen, Chief Enterprise Officer d\u2019Orange Belgium, souligne l\u2019importance d\u2019un tel programme : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre Boost Camp, les jeunes talents s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s s\u2019appr\u00eatent \u00e0 vivre une aventure incroyable avec leur mentor. Ce professionnel hautement exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 leur prodiguera des conseils, les soutiendra et les motivera. Ce mentorat leur offrira de nombreux avantages. Il les aidera \u00e0 clarifier leurs objectifs professionnels et personnels et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper leurs comp\u00e9tences critiques et cr\u00e9atives et leurs aptitudes \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes. Je me suis fix\u00e9 comme objectif personnel de v\u00e9ritablement d\u00e9velopper et renforcer la confiance en soi et la capacit\u00e9 de leadership des Young Potentials, de les aider \u00e0 \u00e9largir leur r\u00e9seau de contacts, \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leur visibilit\u00e9 et \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer leur d\u00e9veloppement.
