En ces temps de p\u00e9nurie sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi, le d\u00e9fi ne s\u2019arr\u00eate donc certainement pas lorsque vous avez d\u00e9nich\u00e9 le bon collaborateur pour la bonne fonction. Une attention particuli\u00e8re port\u00e9e \u00e0 la bonne int\u00e9gration du talent dans l\u2019organisation peut souvent faire la diff\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Remplacer un collaborateur, combien \u00e7a co\u00fbte ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les organisations investissent beaucoup de temps et d\u2019argent dans la s\u00e9lection et le recrutement de nouveaux talents. Dans 25 % des cas, il s\u2019av\u00e8re que cet investissement \u00e9tait inutile. Le co\u00fbt moyen de remplacement d\u2019un collaborateur oscille entre 2 800 et 17 000 euros en fonction du r\u00f4le et de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de ce dernier. Un trajet d&rsquo;onboarding strat\u00e9gique peut permettre d\u2019\u00e9viter ces pertes.<br \/>\nUne bonne int\u00e9gration d\u2019un nouveau collaborateur garantit en outre une productivit\u00e9 plus rapide. En effet, 62 % des collaborateurs dans un trajet d\u2019onboarding atteignent d\u00e9j\u00e0 les jalons d\u00e9termin\u00e9s apr\u00e8s un an. Les nouveaux collaborateurs ne suivent pas de trajet d\u2019onboarding ? C\u2019est pourquoi il est crucial d\u2019int\u00e9grer rapidement un nouveau collaborateur, ce qui augmente son engagement vis-\u00e0-vis de l\u2019entreprise. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>R\u00e9duire\u00a0les risques de d\u00e9part de 80 %<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019application d\u2019onboarding informe et engage des collaborateurs avant leur premier jour effectif. Souvent, il y a un d\u00e9lai entre la signature du contrat et le d\u00e9but effectif. Mais m\u00eame lorsque le collaborateur fait ses premiers pas dans l\u2019entreprise, l\u2019application continue \u00e0 prendre le pouls de la situation et \u00e0 rendre les informations les plus accessibles possible, de sorte que la personne s\u2019int\u00e8gre facilement dans son nouvel environnement.
