Outre une exp\u00e9rience en ligne conviviale, les candidats escomptent \u00e9galement une communication rapide et personnalis\u00e9e.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Plus de 70 % des candidats (71 %) \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un emploi finissent par abandonner une candidature en ligne qui dure un quart d\u2019heure ou davantage. Pr\u00e8s d\u2019un candidat sur dix reconna\u00eet m\u00eame renoncer apr\u00e8s \u00e0 peine 5 minutes. Cette \u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 14 600 employeurs et travailleurs.<\/p>\n<p>Le fait de proposer une proc\u00e9dure de candidature simple et conviviale constitue un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel (49 %) incitant les postulants \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une candidature en ligne. Lorsqu\u2019une entreprise impose une proc\u00e9dure longue et d\u00e9taill\u00e9e, le candidat d\u00e9croche dans 72 % des cas.<\/p>\n<p>De nos jours, les postulants s\u2019attendent \u00e0 pouvoir facilement \u00e9diter et d\u00e9poser leur C.V. (90 %) ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 pouvoir l\u2019enregistrer (80 %) en ligne. 76 % des candidats souhaitent \u00e9galement recevoir des alertes d\u2019emplois vacants.<\/p>\n<p>Outre la convivialit\u00e9, l\u2019interaction personnalis\u00e9e constitue un autre facteur d\u00e9terminant. Pour plus de 69 % des candidats, il est important qu\u2019un interlocuteur suive le statut de leur candidature individuelle. Les candidats escomptent \u00e9galement une communication fluide et rapide. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des candidats comptent notamment recevoir une confirmation de leur candidature dans la semaine qui suit (57 %). Apr\u00e8s leur dernier entretien, les candidats souhaitent savoir dans un d\u00e9lai de trois jours (58 %) si celui-ci a \u00e9t\u00e9 concluant ou pas. \u00ab<em> Les candidats actuels sont souvent tr\u00e8s num\u00e9ris\u00e9s. Ils sont habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 tout faire en ligne : communiquer avec des amis, consulter les infos, g\u00e9rer leurs finances ou encore r\u00e9server leurs vacances. Ils s\u2019attendent par cons\u00e9quent \u00e0 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier partout d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience en ligne tr\u00e8s fluide et intuitive, aussi lorsqu\u2019ils postulent en vue d\u2019un nouvel emploi \u00bb<\/em>, explique Robby Vanuxem.<\/p>\n<p>Les employeurs reconnaissent toutefois que la confirmation d\u2019une candidature exige plus d\u2019une semaine (36 %), tout comme la r\u00e9action suivant un entretien (33 %).<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Des talents qui s&rsquo;\u00e9chappent dans la nature ?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Plus d\u2019un tiers des employeurs (41%) ont parfaitement conscience qu\u2019ils proposent un syst\u00e8me ne correspondant pas \u00e0 ce qu\u2019attendent les candidats. Pour 54 % d\u2019entre eux, l\u2019adaptation du syst\u00e8me ne constitue toutefois pas une priorit\u00e9. Il est malgr\u00e9 tout important de miser sur les candidatures en ligne et d\u2019investir en ce sens. \u00ab\u00a0<em>L\u2019exp\u00e9rience suscit\u00e9e par la candidature en ligne aupr\u00e8s des candidats s\u2019av\u00e8re d\u00e9terminante pour leur futur int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard de l\u2019emploi et de l\u2019entreprise. S\u2019ils tiennent \u00e0 limiter le risque de passer \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de candidats de talent, les employeurs doivent donc investir dans un syst\u00e8me correct.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00c0 propos de l\u2019\u00e9tude &#8211; Les r\u00e9sultats de cette \u00e9tude reposent sur une enqu\u00eate effectu\u00e9e en f\u00e9vrier 2018 aupr\u00e8s de 14 600 personnes. L\u2019enqu\u00eate a \u00e9t\u00e9 envoy\u00e9e \u00e0 des personnes faisant partie de la base de donn\u00e9es Hays (non limit\u00e9e aux personnes actuellement \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un emploi), de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 obtenir \u00e0 la fois le point de vue de professionnels et d\u2019employeurs.
