Inversement, deux employ\u00e9s sur trois g\u00e8rent des affaires priv\u00e9es au travail. De quoi relativiser le sentiment d&rsquo;invasion du travail dans la vie priv\u00e9e de nos collaborateurs&#8230;<!--more--><\/div>\n<p>En 2008, le groupe Randstad a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une \u00e9tude mesurant l\u2019interf\u00e9rence croissante entre la sph\u00e8re priv\u00e9e et la sph\u00e8re professionnelle. Une des principales conclusions \u00e9tait qu\u2019il n\u2019\u00e9tait, en fait pas r\u00e9ellement question d\u2019une g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation de l\u2019augmentation des interf\u00e9rences. Pour certains les interf\u00e9rences avaient augment\u00e9, alors qu\u2019un groupe tout aussi important parlait plut\u00f4t de diminution. L\u2019\u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconduite en 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Et, cette fois, la croissance des interf\u00e9rences est clairement confirm\u00e9e. Le score moyen d\u2019interf\u00e9rence (un score de 1 indique que les deux sph\u00e8res sont totalement s\u00e9par\u00e9es et un score de 10 que les deux sph\u00e8res se recoupent fortement) augmente de 4 \u00e0 4,4. En m\u00eame temps, les travailleurs ont le sentiment qu\u2019il est plus difficile qu\u2019avant de concilier travail et vie priv\u00e9e. Le score de satisfaction chute de 7,1 \u00e0 6,8 ce qui reste n\u00e9anmoins un score positif.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019augmentation du score moyen d\u2019interf\u00e9rences semble \u00eatre davantage qu\u2019une simple perception des travailleurs concern\u00e9s. En comparaison \u00e0 six ans auparavant, le nombre de personnes qui travaillent dans leur sph\u00e8re priv\u00e9e, en dehors des heures de bureau, a augment\u00e9. Cette tendance \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation se manifeste principalement le week-end et pendant les vacances, pas tellement durant la semaine.  Par cons\u00e9quent, la proportion d\u2019employ\u00e9s qui ne travaillent jamais ou moins d\u2019une heure pendant la semaine en vacances diminue de 79% \u00e0 70%.<\/p>\n<p>Qu\u2019est-ce qui pousse les travailleurs \u00e0 travailler plus qu\u2019avant dans la sph\u00e8re priv\u00e9e en dehors des heures de bureau? L\u2019offre et la possession croissante de moyens techniques facilitant le travail en dehors des heures de bureau (smartphones, tablettes, laptops) y jouent  tr\u00e8s certainement un r\u00f4le. Parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 cela, tout comme six ans auparavant, les travailleurs font \u00e9galement r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 une pression professionnelle en augmentation, mais pas seulement. Ils pointent aussi l\u2019\u00e9volution vers un mode de vie dans lequel travail et vie priv\u00e9e se bousculent. Certains travailleurs vont m\u00eame jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9voquer une sorte d\u2019addiction \u00e0 vouloir en permanence \u00eatre \u00e0 jour dans tout. Enfin, nombreux sont les travailleurs, surtout ceux disposant d\u2019un dipl\u00f4me \u00e9lev\u00e9, qui \u00e9voquent l\u2019aspect passionnant et \u00ab challenging \u00bb. Dans ce cas de figure, il devient souvent difficile d\u2019arr\u00eater \u00e0 l\u2019heure.<\/p>\n<p>Deux travailleurs sur trois s\u2019occupent d\u2019affaires priv\u00e9es alors qu\u2019ils sont au travail. Cette proportion n\u2019a pas chang\u00e9 depuis 2008. La moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux d\u00e9clare le faire au maximum une heure par semaine. Pour un cinqui\u00e8me, il est question de minimum 5 heures par semaine, soit une heure par jour. Compar\u00e9 \u00e0 six ans, c\u2019est la gestion d\u2019e-mails priv\u00e9s qui est en augmentation. Par contre, on passe moins de coups de fil priv\u00e9s. Il est, par ailleurs, \u00e9tonnant que la majorit\u00e9 des entreprises ne dispose d\u2019aucune politique claire en la mati\u00e8re. N\u00e9anmoins, une entreprise sur quatre interdit formellement de g\u00e9rer des affaires priv\u00e9es pendant les heures de bureau. Dans 6% des cas, c\u2019est officiellement pr\u00e9vu.
