Il doit capter l\u2019attention du recruteur au premier regard ou permettre d\u2019alimenter la discussion lors d\u2019un entretien d\u2019embauche. Mais r\u00e9aliser un bon CV n\u2019est pas une sin\u00e9cure. Sa r\u00e9daction est jug\u00e9e difficile tant au niveau du contenu que de la forme par plus d\u2019un candidat sur trois. A l\u2019arriv\u00e9e, un candidat sur cinq estime m\u00eame que son CV n\u2019est pas assez attractif pour capter l\u2019attention du recruteur et 56% des demandeurs d\u2019emploi aimeraient y apporter des am\u00e9liorations.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Selon l\u2019enqu\u00eate de Manpower qui a sond\u00e9 plus de 500 demandeurs d\u2019emploi, la r\u00e9daction d\u2019un CV est une exp\u00e9rience jug\u00e9e difficile, tant au niveau du lay-out que du contenu. Pour y arriver, pr\u00e8s d\u2019un candidat sur deux (49%) est parti d\u2019une feuille blanche en utilisant Word, tandis que 18% d\u2019entre eux s\u2019est inspir\u00e9 d\u2019un mod\u00e8le transmis par une personne de son entourage et 17% d\u2019entre eux ont t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9 un mod\u00e8le sur internet. Un peu moins d\u2019un candidat sur 10 (7%) a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 quelqu\u2019un de s\u2019occuper de la mise en page. 67% des demandeurs d\u2019emploi estiment avoir une bonne id\u00e9e des rubriques que doit contenir un CV et jugent la r\u00e9daction du CV facile au niveau du contenu. Cependant, 41% d\u2019entre eux ont \u00e9prouv\u00e9 des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 le mettre en forme. A l\u2019arriv\u00e9e, pr\u00e8s d\u2019un demandeur d\u2019emploi sur cinq (19%) n\u2019est pas satisfait du r\u00e9sultat final et estime que son cv n\u2019est pas suffisamment attractif pour capter l\u2019attention d\u2019un employeur, tandis que 56% des demandeurs d\u2019emploi souhaiteraient y apporter des am\u00e9liorations.<\/p>\n<p>Disponible via le site cvtemplate.be, le nouveau service de Manpower s\u2019adresse \u00e0 tout le monde, sans obligation de postuler ou de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une offre d\u2019emploi du sp\u00e9cialiste des ressources humaines. D\u2019autre part, nous voulons am\u00e9liorer l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du candidat en offrant en permanence des nouveaux services. Avec notre CV wizard, le candidat pourra gagner du temps en r\u00e9digeant rapidement un cv attractif qui r\u00e9pond aux exigences actuelles des recruteurs. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>3 versions \u00e0 personnaliser<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Facile d\u2019utilisation, le candidat peut cr\u00e9er son CV en personnalisant la mise en page et la couleur. Il lui suffira de compl\u00e9ter les champs pr\u00e9vus. Ils reprennent les rubriques classiques d\u2019un CV : les donn\u00e9es personnelles, la formation ou l\u2019exp\u00e9rience professionnelle, et les centres d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat. \u00ab<em> Une place sp\u00e9cifique a \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9e aux comp\u00e9tences techniques et aux qualit\u00e9s personnelles &#8211; les fameuses soft skills (travail d\u2019\u00e9quipe, initiative etc.) ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 la connaissance des langues. Aujourd\u2019hui les comp\u00e9tences techniques sont sous pression, en raison de la rapidit\u00e9 des innovations technologiques. Le choix d\u2019un recruteur se base toujours plus sur la personnalit\u00e9 et le candidat devra d\u00e9montrer sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019adapter en permanence \u00e0 un environnement en perp\u00e9tuelle \u00e9volution. \u00bb<\/em> ajoute encore Marc Vandeleene<\/p>\n<p>Diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 que les recruteurs passaient peu de temps sur chaque cv lors de la phase de s\u00e9lection, 6 \u00e0 10 secondes selon une r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude am\u00e9ricaine pour 30 secondes \u00e0 une minute selon une autre enqu\u00eate fran\u00e7aise. <em>\u00ab Peu importe le r\u00e9sultat exact, ce qui est certain, c\u2019est que le temps \u00e0 disposition pour susciter l\u2019attention d\u2019un employeur est tr\u00e8s court.
