Pas \u00e0 pas, le march\u00e9 de l’emploi semble retrouver des couleurs en r\u00e9gion bruxelloise. A la fin du mois de f\u00e9vrier 2015, Actiris nous indique en effet une nouvelle diminution du ch\u00f4mage et du ch\u00f4mage des jeunes sur base annuelle.<\/div>\n

Via communiqu\u00e9, le service public de l’emploi en r\u00e9gion Bruxelles-capitale pr\u00e9cise: \u00ab\u00a0Fin f\u00e9vrier, on d\u00e9nombre en R\u00e9gion de Bruxelles-Capitale 107.463 chercheurs d\u2019emploi inoccup\u00e9s, soit une diminution de 3.719 personnes par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente (-3,3%). En variation mensuelle, on constate \u00e9galement une diminution de 758 personnes (-0,7%). Le taux de ch\u00f4mage en R\u00e9gion bruxelloise s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 20,3% contre 20,7% en f\u00e9vrier 2014.
\nCette baisse ne trouve pas son origine dans la modification survenue au niveau de l\u2019ONEM suite \u00e0 la limitation \u00e0 trois ans des allocations d\u2019insertion. L\u2019impact de cette nouvelle l\u00e9gislation n\u2019est pas encore visible dans les chiffres de f\u00e9vrier 2015, parce que les chercheurs d\u2019emploi seront seulement d\u00e9sinscrits de chez Actiris deux mois apr\u00e8s que l\u2019ONEM n\u2019ait plus vers\u00e9 aucun paiement.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n

Cette \u00e9volution est fortement soutenue par les r\u00e9sultats enregistr\u00e9s quant \u00e0 l’emploi des jeunes: \u00ab\u00a0Le ch\u00f4mage des jeunes continue de baisser en R\u00e9gion bruxelloise : on comptabilise 1.730 jeunes chercheurs d\u2019emploi de moins en un an. Par rapport \u00e0 f\u00e9vrier 2013, ce sont 2.203 jeunes chercheurs d\u2019emploi en moins. Cela signifie que le taux de ch\u00f4mage des jeunes atteint en f\u00e9vrier 2015 27,6%, contre 31,4% l\u2019ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e. Concr\u00e8tement, le nombre de jeunes chercheurs d\u2019emploi a baiss\u00e9 ce mois-ci de 12,1% sur base annuelle. Cette baisse \u00e9tait de 10,9% en janvier et 8,4% en d\u00e9cembre.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n

Le taux de ch\u00f4mage des jeunes reste important mais les mesures d’activation concr\u00e8tes semblenet g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s: \u00ab\u00a0Au cours du mois de f\u00e9vrier 2015, Actiris a re\u00e7u un total de 9.452 offres d\u2019emploi. Il s\u2019agit du nombre global d\u2019offres re\u00e7ues, comprenant outre les OE re\u00e7ues directement par Actiris, les OE re\u00e7ues par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire du Forem et du VDAB dans le cadre de la mobilit\u00e9 interr\u00e9gionale des chercheurs d\u2019emploi mais maintenant \u00e9galement les offres d\u2019emploi re\u00e7ues par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire de sites partenaires (actuellement via Jobat). Le nombre d\u2019offres concernant des postes de travail situ\u00e9s en R\u00e9gion bruxelloise s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 3.192.<\/p>\n

Durant le mois de f\u00e9vrier 2015, Actiris a re\u00e7u directement 2.067 offres d\u2019emploi. Ceci correspond \u00e0 une augmentation de 190 unit\u00e9s par rapport aux offres d\u2019emploi re\u00e7ues l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente au cours du m\u00eame mois. On comptabilise par ailleurs 1.155 offres d\u2019emploi satisfaites au cours de ce mois, ce qui correspond \u00e0 une l\u00e9g\u00e8re diminution de 17 unit\u00e9s par rapport aux offres satisfaites l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Enfin, en f\u00e9vrier 2015, Actiris a trait\u00e9 850 offres \u00ab select Actiris \u00bb (c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire confi\u00e9es en pr\u00e9s\u00e9lection et pr\u00e9recrutement gratuits \u00e0 Actiris), soit une augmentation de 30,3% par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
