Pas moins de 56 % des employeurs interrog\u00e9s ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&rsquo;ils n\u2019invitaient pas ou rarement un candidat \u00e0 un entretien s&rsquo;ils pensaient qu&rsquo;il sautait d\u2019un poste \u00e0 l\u2019autre. La principale raison invoqu\u00e9e est que la formation d\u2019un nouveau collaborateur requiert du temps et des efforts (70 %). Un quart des employeurs interrog\u00e9s ont m\u00eame indiqu\u00e9 que les salari\u00e9s ayant occup\u00e9 plusieurs postes \u00e0 court terme sont n\u00e9fastes \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;organisation.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Les changements de poste r\u00e9guliers deviennent de plus en plus la norme \u00bb,<\/em> d\u00e9clare Sander Poos, Managing Director d\u2019Indeed Benelux. <em>\u00ab En cons\u00e9quence, les employeurs, en particulier sur le march\u00e9 du travail actuel, doivent changer leur strat\u00e9gie de recrutement et ne peuvent plus juger les candidats sur la dur\u00e9e de leurs engagements pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents. \u00bb<\/em> N\u00e9anmoins, les employeurs reconnaissent qu&rsquo;il y a aussi des avantages \u00e0 embaucher des job hoppers. Le principal est le gain de nouvelles connaissances (75 %), suivi du fait qu&rsquo;ils apportent des perspectives et des id\u00e9es neuves (61 %) et que leurs coll\u00e8gues peuvent acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences (28 %).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Perception n\u00e9gative.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les employ\u00e9s sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus favorables vis-\u00e0-vis des job hoppers que les employeurs. Selon 64 % des salari\u00e9s interrog\u00e9s, un changement fr\u00e9quent d\u2019emploi n&rsquo;a aucun impact sur leur carri\u00e8re, tandis que 17 % estiment qu&rsquo;il y apporte m\u00eame une valeur ajout\u00e9e. Mais 19 % pensent que le fait de sauter d&rsquo;un poste \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre fait plus de mal que de bien \u00e0 leur propre carri\u00e8re. Les jeunes (16 \u00e0 24 ans), en particulier, pensent que le job hopping ne nuit pas \u00e0 une carri\u00e8re. Dans ce groupe d&rsquo;\u00e2ge, 31 % des sond\u00e9s pensent qu&rsquo;il aide \u00e0 b\u00e2tir une bonne carri\u00e8re, 62 % qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;a aucune influence et seulement 8 % qu\u2019il nuit \u00e0 leur carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, la moiti\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s se rendent compte qu\u2019un changement fr\u00e9quent d\u2019emploi peut \u00eatre per\u00e7u n\u00e9gativement par un futur employeur (49 %) et quatre sur dix estiment qu&rsquo;il peut t\u00e9moigner d&rsquo;un manque de loyaut\u00e9 envers l&#8217;employeur actuel (42 %). Selon 41 % des sond\u00e9s, sauter d&rsquo;un emploi \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre peut r\u00e9v\u00e9ler une ind\u00e9cision quant \u00e0 la carri\u00e8re \u00e0 suivre.<\/p>\n<p>Les salari\u00e9s changent fr\u00e9quemment d&#8217;emploi parce qu&rsquo;ils ne parviennent pas \u00e0 s\u2019int\u00e9grer dans un nouvel environnement de travail (40 %), parce que l&#8217;emploi ne r\u00e9pond pas \u00e0 leurs attentes (36 %) ou parce qu&rsquo;ils ont re\u00e7u une meilleure proposition d&rsquo;une autre entreprise (35 %) \u00e0 court terme.<\/p>\n<p>Sander Poos poursuit : <em>\u00ab Il est frappant de constater que les employ\u00e9s reconnaissent l\u2019impact n\u00e9gatif d&rsquo;un changement d&#8217;emploi rapide, raison pour laquelle neuf sond\u00e9s sur dix restent plus longtemps en poste que n\u00e9cessaire, simplement pour \u00e9viter d&rsquo;\u00eatre \u00e9tiquet\u00e9es comme \u00ab\u00a0job hoppers\u00a0\u00bb. Les salari\u00e9s sont ouverts \u00e0 un nouveau d\u00e9fi s&rsquo;il semble \u00eatre meilleur que leur emploi actuel.\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Indeed a \u00e9galement cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 savoir quelle p\u00e9riode de temps \u00e9tait acceptable avant de changer d&#8217;emploi selon les employeurs et les employ\u00e9s.
