C&rsquo;est une id\u00e9e re\u00e7ue.\u00a0Il semblerait \u00a0en effet que toutes les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations sont convaincues par les avantages du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et du coworking. C\u2019est ainsi que l\u2019on retrouve une majorit\u00e9 (55%) de 55+ qui trouve que les espaces de travail flexibles offrent un environnement plus cr\u00e9atif que les bureaux classiques (contre 68% de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y, n\u00e9e apr\u00e8s 1980).\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, nous pouvons travailler n\u2019importe o\u00f9, m\u00eame de la maison, mais cette possibilit\u00e9 est plut\u00f4t interpr\u00e9t\u00e9e comme un comportement antisocial. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y (52%), contre 42% des 55+, trouve que le travail flexible &#8211; et le contact avec d\u2019autres professionnels &#8211; augmentent leur productivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Un environnement inspirant est plus important pour la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y (67%) que pour les 55+ (58%).<br \/>\n67% de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y, contre 55% des 55+, estiment que le travail flexible offre des opportunit\u00e9s commerciales suppl\u00e9mentaires.<br \/>\n84% de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y pense que la flexibilit\u00e9 au travail aide les entreprises \u00e0 recruter et \u00e0 fid\u00e9liser les meilleurs talents. Chez les 55+, ils sont 75% \u00e0 le penser.<\/p>\n<p>Selon William Willems, Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Spaces Belgique: \u00ab<em> Cette \u00e9tude montre que les travailleurs, toutes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations confondues, sont ouverts aux avantages du travail flexible lequel offre des opportunit\u00e9s tant aux entreprises qu\u2019aux travailleurs. C\u2019est en laissant les diff\u00e9rentes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations de coworkers ensemble dans un environnement inspirant &#8211; et en leur permettant d\u2019\u00e9changer leurs connaissances &#8211; que naissent les id\u00e9es les plus cr\u00e9atives. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>M\u00e9thodologie &#8211; Plus de 18.000 travailleurs de 96 pays ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s en ligne en janvier 2018. Ces contacts proviennent de la banque de donn\u00e9es internationale de Spaces (IWG) qui regroupe plus de 2,1 millions de professionnels et repr\u00e9sente les cadres sup\u00e9rieurs et les chefs d\u2019entreprise dans le monde entier.
