Pourtant, dans la pratique, les organisations ont spontan\u00e9ment tendance \u00e0 recourir aux candidats externes plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;internes pour pourvoir leurs postes vacants.\u00a0<em>\u00ab Si le candidat retenu n&rsquo;est pas \u2018super\u2019, mais simplement \u2018good enough\u2019, on accepte de prendre quelques risques. Cela est d\u00fb principalement \u00e0 la pression de la hi\u00e9rarchie, qui souhaite trouver quelqu&rsquo;un rapidement, ou pour des raisons de co\u00fbt \u00bb,<\/em> explique Frank Vander Sijpe, Director HR Research chez Securex.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>La mobilit\u00e9 interne : une solution trop souvent inexploit\u00e9e<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En Belgique, le nombre d&#8217;emplois vacants bat des records. La conjoncture favorable ainsi que le remplacement des personnes quittant relativement t\u00f4t le march\u00e9 du travail g\u00e9n\u00e8rent une tension croissante entre l\u2019offre et la demande. Parall\u00e8lement, de nombreuses entreprises ont du mal \u00e0 recruter de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques.\u00a0L&rsquo;entr\u00e9e retard\u00e9e des jeunes sur le march\u00e9 du travail due \u00e0 l&rsquo;allongement des \u00e9tudes ainsi que le d\u00e9part plus pr\u00e9coce des a\u00een\u00e9s (en raison de l&rsquo;\u00e2ge r\u00e9el du d\u00e9part \u00e0 la retraite) alli\u00e9s \u00e0 une rotation particuli\u00e8rement faible occasionnent des probl\u00e8mes \u00e0 bien des entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>Le rapport de Securex pr\u00e9sente la \u00ab mobilit\u00e9 interne \u00bb comme \u00e9tant une des pistes potentielles pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 la multiplication des postes vacants dans les organisations et les secteurs d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 en Belgique. En effet, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;initiatives, les entreprises peuvent d\u00e9terminer facilement si un candidat interne correspond \u00e0 leurs attentes.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Elles peuvent par exemple confier des projets temporaires au candidat ou \u00e9changer des collaborateurs prometteurs entre d\u00e9partements internes ou business units. Il est parfois bon de tester soigneusement les qualit\u00e9s de quelqu&rsquo;un \u00e0 un poste \u00e0 responsabilit\u00e9s dans le cadre de l&rsquo;une ou l&rsquo;autre mission temporaire \u00bb<\/em> argumente Frank Vander Sijpe.<\/p>\n<p>Cela comporte aussi certains risques, pr\u00e9cise Securex, dans un souci d&rsquo;honn\u00eatet\u00e9.\u00a0<em>\u00ab L&rsquo;organisation doit commencer par se demander si les chances de r\u00e9ussite sont suffisantes.
