L\u2019absent\u00e9isme aurait progress\u00e9 de 33%, ces 10 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, au sein des entreprises belges. En raison de ce constat, tir\u00e9 de ses chiffres, le sp\u00e9cialiste RH et Bien-\u00eatre Attentia lance un programme, en collaboration avec SportMed, afin de conscientiser davantage les collaborateurs \u00e0 l\u2019importance d\u2019un style de vie sain, que ce soit au travail ou en dehors du travail.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019absent\u00e9isme progresse rapidement au sein des entreprises belges. En l\u2019espace de dix ans, l\u2019absent\u00e9isme de courte dur\u00e9e (moins d\u2019un mois) et de longue dur\u00e9e (plus d\u2019un mois) a progress\u00e9 de 33%. D\u00e9sormais, l\u2019absence temporaire touche, en moyenne, 8% des collaborateurs. El\u00e9ment significatif: le nombre de malades de longue dur\u00e9e a augment\u00e9 de 49% par rapport \u00e0 la situation qui pr\u00e9valait voici dix ans. L\u2019absent\u00e9isme n\u2019est plus li\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge: la progression se manifeste en effet dans chaque cat\u00e9gorie d\u2019\u00e2ge.<\/p>\n<p>Les exercices d\u2019auto-\u00e9valuation effectu\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s des utilisateurs d\u2019\u00e9cran ont permis \u00e0 Attentia de constater que 66% des personnes concern\u00e9es ont souffert de probl\u00e8mes physiques l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Qui plus est, 74% de tous les employ\u00e9s participants se sont plaints, au moins une fois par semaine, de probl\u00e8mes visuels \u00e0 l\u2019issue de leur journ\u00e9e de travail. 7% signalent que cela est source d\u2019absence au travail. Les principaux probl\u00e8mes physiques se situent au niveau du cou (33%), des lombaires (32%) et des \u00e9paules (25%).<\/p>\n<p>Outre les probl\u00e8mes physiques, un peu plus de la moiti\u00e9 des collaborateurs (55%) constatent que leur capacit\u00e9 de concentration diminue. 38% signalent \u00e9galement un sentiment de stress (avec des sympt\u00f4mes tels que l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, des troubles du sommeil, de la fatigue). Les chiffres collect\u00e9s via le Sensor d\u2019Attentia, \u00e0 savoir la mesure du stress et du niveau d\u2019implication au sein des entreprises, indiquent que le Belge fait preuve d\u2019un taux \u00e9lev\u00e9 d\u2019implication (83%) et de plaisir au travail (81%) mais qu\u2019il a par contre un grand besoin de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration en mati\u00e8re de stress.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Nathalie Constant, directeur Well-being chez Attentia: \u00ab<em> 23% des personnes interrog\u00e9es pr\u00e9sentent un taux \u00e9lev\u00e9 en termes de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration. Il s\u2019agit de collaborateurs qui, en pr\u00e9sence de stress, ont besoin de davantage de temps pour se d\u00e9tendre, pour \u201cr\u00e9cup\u00e9rer\u201d de ce stress. Ils courent d\u00e8s lors un risque accru de burn-out. Il est important pour une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9valuer et de d\u00e9terminer quels sont les groupes de collaborateurs qui se trouvent dans la \u201czone rouge\u201d et d\u2019initier des actions cibl\u00e9es. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Tous ces facteurs accentuent les risques d\u2019absent\u00e9isme. Pour conscientiser davantage les entreprises et leurs collaborateurs \u00e0 l\u2019importance d\u2019un style de vie sain sur le lieu ou en dehors du travail, Attentia lance le programme Vital Company en collaboration avec SportMed.<\/p>\n<p>Vital Company a \u00e9t\u00e9 imagin\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re modulaire et se compose de trois volets: Be Active, Be Flex et Be Fit. Chaque module se focalise sur un th\u00e8me sp\u00e9cifique. Be Active invite \u00e0 bouger davantage via une d\u00e9marche ais\u00e9ment abordable, en commen\u00e7ant par une Activity. Be Flex concerne essentiellement la posture corporelle et la mobilit\u00e9. Le body posture scan est l\u2019un des outils majeurs de ce module. Enfin, Be Fit travaille sur la capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9silience, en guise d\u2019instrument de pr\u00e9vention contre les maladies cardiovasculaires.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque module s\u2019accompagne d\u2019un plan d\u2019action destin\u00e9 aux collaborateurs. Une deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9valuation intervient au bout d\u2019un certain nombre de semaines afin de d\u00e9terminer les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s. Un nouveau plan d\u2019action, personnalis\u00e9 et adapt\u00e9, est alors d\u00e9fini, assorti d\u2019objectifs de progression mesurables.<br \/>\n<em>\u00ab L\u2019approche personnalis\u00e9e du programme Vital Company le rend accessible \u00e0 la fois au collaborateur actif et au collaborateur plus passif. Pour les besoins de ce programme, nous recourons \u00e0 des m\u00e9thodes de test et d\u2019entra\u00eenement, scientifiquement valid\u00e9es, de SportMed.
