Le secteur poursuit ainsi r\u00e9solument sa courbe ascendante entam\u00e9e \u00e0 la fin de 2014.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Les chiffres confirment qu\u2019en p\u00e9riode de p\u00e9nurie, les entreprises font davantage appel \u00e0 des partenaires professionnels pour rechercher, s\u00e9lectionner et recruter les talents dont elles ont besoin \u00bb,<\/em> pr\u00e9cise Ann Cattelain, Coordinatrice du secteur RSS chez Federgon. Le secteur profite notamment de l\u2019augmentation de la demande de talents du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des entreprises. Cette demande est en partie li\u00e9e \u00e0 des facteurs conjoncturels, mais l\u2019\u00e9volution d\u00e9mographique, en l\u2019esp\u00e8ce le vieillissement de la population, joue aussi un r\u00f4le puisqu\u2019elle entra\u00eene une hausse de la demande de remplacement.<\/p>\n<p>Le secteur pourra-t-il maintenir cette forte croissance ? \u00ab<em> La r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 cette question n\u2019est pas si simple \u00bb,<\/em> fait remarquer Paul Verschueren, Directeur Research &amp; Economic Affairs chez Federgon. <em>\u00ab Pour nos entreprises aussi, la p\u00e9nurie de candidats sur le march\u00e9 du travail est un \u00e9norme d\u00e9fi. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>La digitalisation : opportunit\u00e9 ou menace ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u2019autre part, de nombreux membres RSS sont sur leurs gardes face au d\u00e9fi de la digitalisation, comme le montre une enqu\u00eate r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Federgon aupr\u00e8s de ses membres du secteur Recruitment, Search &amp; Selection. Les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019enqu\u00eate indiquent comment le secteur \u00e9value l\u2019impact de la digitalisation sur l\u2019activit\u00e9 RSS. <em>\u00abDans la mesure o\u00f9 les outils digitaux soutiennent la rapidit\u00e9 et l\u2019efficience des proc\u00e9dures, ils constituent un instrument appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 qui permet d\u2019offrir des services plus performants et de lutter contre la p\u00e9nurie de candidats\u00bb,<\/em> souligne Paul Verschueren. Bien que la majorit\u00e9 des cabinets RSS recourent effectivement \u00e0 ces outils, ils sont tout de m\u00eame sur leurs gardes face aux nouveaux concurrents num\u00e9riques qui se profilent dans un avenir proche. <em>\u00ab En ce qui nous concerne, il est positif que nos entreprises soient vigilantes dans ce contexte. Elles investissent aujourd\u2019hui pour pouvoir affronter les d\u00e9fis de demain.
