Dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, deux tiers des entreprises peinent \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une vision dans ce domaine."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>63% des entreprises n\u2019ont pas de vision claire \u00e0 propos de la num\u00e9risation.Les entreprises consid\u00e8rent trop souvent la transformation num\u00e9rique comme un projet fragment\u00e9 et tiennent rarement compte des RH et du Bien-\u00eatre.<br \/>\nUne approche int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans laquelle les collaborateurs occupent une place centrale a pourtant plus de chances d\u2019aboutir.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est ce qui ressort du Test Digimature, une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 298 professionnels des RH et du Bien-\u00eatre provenant de 250 entreprises issues de secteurs divers. Seuls 14% d\u00e9clarent qu&rsquo;une vision finie existe d\u00e9j\u00e0 au sein de leur organisation. Cons\u00e9quence? La fragmentation des projets de transformation num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<p>Seuls 12% indiquent que leur entreprise fait l\u2019objet d&rsquo;une num\u00e9risation compl\u00e8te. Et cette situation induit des probl\u00e8mes : avancer sans vision globale, sans accorder une place centrale aux collaborateurs dans le processus de transformation mine la probabilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9ussite du projet. \u00c0 cet \u00e9gard, il n\u2019est gu\u00e8re \u00e9tonnant de constater que 23% des personnes interrog\u00e9es admettent que les collaborateurs de l\u2019organisation consid\u00e8rent principalement la num\u00e9risation et l\u2019automatisation comme une charge voire une menace. Mieux encore : 29% n\u2019ont aucune id\u00e9e de ce que pensent les membres du personnel \u00e0 propos de la transformation.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Dans la pratique, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d\u2019initier la transformation du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des collaborateurs, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 qu\u2019au final, ce sont eux qui devront travailler avec les outils num\u00e9riques \u00bb<\/em>, explique Kristof Dujardin, CIO d\u2019Attentia.<\/p>\n<p>Il convient en outre de noter que l\u2019IT, d&rsquo;une part, et les RH et le Bien-\u00eatre, d\u2019autre part, doivent consid\u00e9rablement se rapprocher. Dans un monde id\u00e9al, ils se comprennent, et la transformation num\u00e9rique est abord\u00e9e comme un projet global dans lequel les RH et le Bien-\u00eatre sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u2019autres processus et charges de travail. <em>\u00ab Aujourd&rsquo;hui, les entreprises sont encore trop nombreuses \u00e0 ne pas consid\u00e9rer la transformation num\u00e9rique comme un tout, raison pour laquelle les RH et le Bien-\u00eatre risquent d\u2019en \u00eatre exclus. Cette approche est peu efficace et sera \u00e0 court terme \u00e0 l\u2019origine de probl\u00e8mes au sein de l\u2019entreprise \u00bb,<\/em> explique Kristof Dujardin.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Non, ce n&rsquo;est pas un projet qui co\u00fbte cher ! <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le mythe tenace selon lequel la transformation num\u00e9rique est importante et on\u00e9reuse doit \u00eatre balay\u00e9. <em>\u00ab La bonne vision, partant des personnes, peut rendre la num\u00e9risation parfaitement modulaire. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des solutions Software-as-a-Service efficaces mais conviviales dans le cloud, comme DOTS d\u2019Attentia, aucun investissement majeur n\u2019est en outre n\u00e9cessaire. La transformation est en effet financ\u00e9e sur une base mensuelle ou annuelle, compte tenu du nombre de collaborateurs. Le co\u00fbt est ainsi toujours proportionnel \u00e0 l\u2019ampleur et \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pour arriver \u00e0 une transformation fructueuse, une collaboration de l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019organisation s&rsquo;impose bien entendu. Il ressort des chiffres que la majorit\u00e9 des collaborateurs en RH et Bien-\u00eatre connaissent parfaitement les possibilit\u00e9s qu\u2019offre la num\u00e9risation dans leur domaine de sp\u00e9cialisation. 88% des personnes interrog\u00e9es sont convaincues que l\u2019analyse num\u00e9rique des donn\u00e9es sur les RH et le Bien-\u00eatre rec\u00e8le une importante valeur strat\u00e9gique pour l\u2019entreprise et permettra au d\u00e9partement RH d&rsquo;\u00e9voluer vers un r\u00f4le plus strat\u00e9gique.
