Le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi pr\u00e9sente une remarquable stabilit\u00e9 en Belgique puisque pr\u00e8s d\u2019un actif sur deux \u00e9volue au sein de la m\u00eame soci\u00e9t\u00e9 depuis plus de dix ans. Toutefois, l&rsquo;\u00e9tude d\u00e9montre \u00e9galement que\u00a0plus d\u2019un Belge sur trois se d\u00e9clare potentiellement int\u00e9ress\u00e9 par un nouvel emploi. Effet g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnel ?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e8s de 60% des travailleurs belges n\u2019ont connu, au cours de leur carri\u00e8re, qu\u2019un nombre restreint d\u2019entreprises (entre une et trois). Par voie de cons\u00e9quence, ils ont accumul\u00e9 \u00e9norm\u00e9ment d\u2019exp\u00e9rience au m\u00eame poste : 36% d\u2019entre eux affichent plus de 15 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans la m\u00eame fonction.<\/p>\n<p>Cette stabilit\u00e9 n\u2019emp\u00eache toutefois par les salari\u00e9s belges de ressentir moins de satisfaction dans leur travail \u00e0 mesure que leur carri\u00e8re avance : seuls 43% des repr\u00e9sentants de la G\u00e9n\u00e9ration X et 37% des membres de la G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y affichent une grande satisfaction dans leur fonction actuelle. Il n\u2019est pas \u00e9tonnant, d\u00e8s lors, que plus d\u2019un Belge sur trois envisage favorablement un changement professionnel : 12% scrutent les offres d\u2019emploi, 9% se disent ouverts \u00e0 de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s et 8% recherchent activement un nouveau job.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Nos \u00e9tudes confirment, sans grande surprise, que les jeunes sont davantage enclins \u00e0 bouger sur le court terme que leurs a\u00een\u00e9s. Un quart des membres de la G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z surveille les opportunit\u00e9s du march\u00e9. Les jeunes n\u00e9s au tournant du si\u00e8cle souhaitent, en effet, changer plus r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement d\u2019employeur au cours de leur vie professionnelle. Par rapport aux r\u00e9sultats obtenus en 2016, notre \u00e9tude 2017 d\u00e9note une \u00e9volution : les Belges occupent globalement leur fonction depuis moins longtemps, ce qui est \u00e0 la fois un signe de rajeunissement et de mobilit\u00e9 professionnelle accrue \u00bb<\/em>, commente Brigitte Addieri,\u00a0General Manager d\u2019Accent Jobs et Area Sales Director pour la Wallonie.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>L\u2019agence de recrutement reste le canal de recherche privil\u00e9gi\u00e9.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Parmi les actifs sond\u00e9s, 68% n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 contact\u00e9s par un tiers pour un nouvel emploi au cours des six mois qui ont pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 l\u2019enqu\u00eate. Il y a donc l\u00e0 une marge de progression importante pour les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de recrutement. L\u2019enqu\u00eate confirme \u00e9galement que ces soci\u00e9t\u00e9s restent un canal privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 pour le travailleur qui recherche activement un nouvel emploi : \u00e0 l\u2019heure de la digitalisation, 30% des Belges continuent de privil\u00e9gier ce choix. <em>\u00ab La digitalisation a fragment\u00e9 les modes de recherche : notre \u00e9tude laisse appara\u00eetre que pr\u00e8s d\u2019un tiers des Belges est s\u00e9duit pas au moins sept canaux diff\u00e9rents \u00bb,<\/em> rel\u00e8ve la General Manager d\u2019Accent Jobs. \u00ab<em> N\u00e9anmoins, malgr\u00e9 la pr\u00e9\u00e9minence d\u2019Internet, le contact humain demeure un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel du processus de recrutement, avec neuf personnes sur dix qui y sont attach\u00e9es, toutes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations confondues. Dans un march\u00e9 du travail qui se complexifie de plus en plus, les personnes en recherche d\u2019emploi ont bien conscience de la valeur ajout\u00e9e apport\u00e9e par les sp\u00e9cialistes du recrutement. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Nous d\u00e9celons d\u2019importants besoins dans plusieurs secteurs tels que le secteur de la construction, les professions techniques sup\u00e9rieures, les travailleurs qualifi\u00e9s et, bien s\u00fbr, les ing\u00e9nieurs et les professionnels des TI, \u00bb<\/em> d\u00e9clare Brigitte Addieri.\u00a0Int\u00e9gr\u00e9e au groupe europ\u00e9en House of HR, Accent Jobs dispose d\u2019un r\u00e9seau de 252 agences de recrutement en Belgique. L\u2019entreprise a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9tendre consid\u00e9rablement son r\u00e9seau en 2019 avec l\u2019ouverture de 5 nouvelles agences de recrutement en Wallonie et 11 agences suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 Bruxelles.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 de la population active affirme avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 en contact au moins une fois avec une agence de recrutement. Si la G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y est celle qui est le plus souvent contact\u00e9e durant son parcours professionnel, la cible actuelle du march\u00e9 semble se d\u00e9placer de plus en plus vers les jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s de la G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z, dont les attentes sont tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes de celles de leurs a\u00een\u00e9s. Ses membres pointent la personnalit\u00e9 (50%) et l\u2019enthousiasme (48%) comme atouts essentiels dans la recherche d\u2019un emploi. Les aspects humains priment \u00e9galement dans leur d\u00e9cision de ne pas quitter leur employeur.<\/p>\n<p>Alors que leurs a\u00een\u00e9s accordent la priorit\u00e9 aux conditions de travail et \u00e0 la qu\u00eate d\u2019un meilleur salaire, les jeunes privil\u00e9gient la fiert\u00e9 d\u2019appartenance \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise et les possibilit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement personnel.
