Et il faudra 202 ans pour r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;\u00e9cart au travail, souligne le WEF.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude, qui porte sur 149 pays, montre des am\u00e9liorations en mati\u00e8re de salaires par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;an dernier, lorsque l&rsquo;\u00e9cart entre les genres s&rsquo;\u00e9tait \u00e9largi pour la premi\u00e8re fois depuis 10 ans. La repr\u00e9sentation des femmes en politique est en revanche en baisse, tout comme leur acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 et \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation, selon le rapport.<\/p>\n<p>Le rapport annuel sur la parit\u00e9 examine la situation dans quatre domaines: \u00e9ducation, sant\u00e9, politique et monde du travail. Apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es de progr\u00e8s constants en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;\u00e9ducation, de sant\u00e9 et de repr\u00e9sentation politique, la place des femmes a recul\u00e9 dans ces trois domaines cette ann\u00e9e, rel\u00e8ve le WEF.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le monde du travail, des progr\u00e8s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9s, mais pas de fa\u00e7on extraordinaire puisque l&rsquo;\u00e9cart entre les salaires est encore de pr\u00e8s de 51%. Et la part des femmes dans les postes de direction s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 34% dans le monde. Mais l&rsquo;\u00e9tude montre qu&rsquo;il y a d\u00e9sormais proportionnellement moins de femmes que d&rsquo;hommes sur le march\u00e9 du travail, en raison notamment de l&rsquo;impact de l&rsquo;automatisation sur des postes traditionnellement occup\u00e9s par des femmes.<\/p>\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, les femmes sont sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans les secteurs d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 en croissance qui n\u00e9cessitent des comp\u00e9tences et des connaissances en sciences, en technologie, en ing\u00e9nierie et dans les math\u00e9matiques. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les femmes ne repr\u00e9sentent actuellement que 22 % des effectifs sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s en intelligence artificielle\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, d\u00e9plore ainsi le rapport.<\/p>\n<p>L<strong><em>&lsquo;Europe donne l&rsquo;exemple, avec un \u00e9cart combl\u00e9 d&rsquo;ici 61 ans !\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alors que les pays d&rsquo;Europe de l&rsquo;ouest sont susceptibles de combler l&rsquo;\u00e9cart hommes-femmes d&rsquo;ici 61 ans, au Moyen-Orient et en Afrique du Nord, cela prendra 153 ans, estime le WEF. Une fois de plus, ce sont les pays nordiques qui se classent dans le haut du tableau. La parit\u00e9 la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e se retrouve en Islande, en Norv\u00e8ge, en Su\u00e8de et en Finlande.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, la Syrie, l&rsquo;Irak, le Pakistan et le Y\u00e9men enregistrent le plus grand niveau d&rsquo;in\u00e9galit\u00e9s entre hommes et femmes.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les 20 plus grandes \u00e9conomies du monde, la France termine en t\u00eate, \u00e0 la 12e place mondiale, suivie de l&rsquo;Allemagne (14e), de la Grande-Bretagne (15e), du Canada (16e) et de l&rsquo;Afrique du Sud (19e).
