\u00c0 l\u2019instar de la Belgique, du Luxembourg et des Pays-Bas, les syndicats de ces trois pays (FGTB, CSC, CGSLB, FNV, CNV, VCP, LCGB, OGBL) souhaitent saluer les 60 ans du Benelux. \u00c0 cette occasion, les syndicats publient une d\u00e9claration conjointe visant \u00e0 avertir des dangers pour le monde du travail des politiques actuelles d\u2019hyper flexibilisation, de \u00ab constructions \u00bb de travail pr\u00e9caire et d’une \u00e9conomie de plateforme non r\u00e9gul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Les organisations syndicales du BENELUX lancent aujourd\u2019hui un appel aux chefs de gouvernement des pays du Benelux afin qu\u2019ils s\u2019engagent \u00e0 combattre la flexibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 outrance et la d\u00e9gradation de la qualit\u00e9 des emplois en Europe tout en veillant \u00e0 assurer la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019emplois d\u00e9cents au sein du march\u00e9 int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Favoriser la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019emplois de qualit\u00e9 dans un march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi sans fronti\u00e8res doit \u00eatre une priorit\u00e9 absolue du programme du Benelux pour ces prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/em>
\n Nous attendons \u00e9galement que les \u00c9tats membres du Benelux, ensemble avec les interlocuteurs sociaux, jouent un r\u00f4le moteur dans la lutte contre toute forme de \u00ab constructions obscures \u00bb qui visent \u00e0 pr\u00e9cariser davantage le travail et \u00e0 contourner les r\u00e8gles de droit.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n

Dans leur d\u00e9claration, les syndicats regrettent en outre que les gouvernements polonais et hongrois se soient positionn\u00e9s contre la r\u00e9vision de la directive d\u00e9tachement. Ceci alors que les syndicats des pays de l’Est avaient unanimement promu la lutte contre le dumping social.<\/p>\n

Au travers de leur d\u00e9claration, les organisations syndicales du BENELUX f\u00e9licitent les \u00c9tats membres de l\u2019adoption du projet d’autorit\u00e9 europ\u00e9enne du travail qui fait, notamment \u00e9cho \u00e0 une revendication de la derni\u00e8re d\u00e9claration syndicale du Benelux demandant la mise sur pied d\u2019un syst\u00e8me d’inspection sociale europ\u00e9en, appel\u00e9 alors Europol sociale.<\/p>\n

Enfin, ils demandent \u00ab\u00a0le renforcement et l’extension de la coop\u00e9ration transfrontali\u00e8re des services d’inspections. Les services d\u2019inspection luxembourgeois, belges et hollandais ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 effectu\u00e9 quelques contr\u00f4les de mani\u00e8re coordonn\u00e9e. La fraude sur le march\u00e9 du travail ne se limite certainement pas aux fronti\u00e8res. L\u2019\u00e9change de donn\u00e9es, le partage d\u2019analyses et des contacts intensifs permettent de favoriser la pr\u00e9vention et la d\u00e9tection d\u2019infractions.<\/em>\u00a0Pour un travail d\u00e9cent dans un march\u00e9 du travail sans fronti\u00e8res au sein du Benelux, une bonne implication des syndicats du Benelux est une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9. Par leur d\u00e9claration conjointe, les syndicats du Benelux souhaitent s\u2019inscrire en tant que v\u00e9ritables partenaires du Benelux.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n
