Au-del\u00e0 du chiffre g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par le service vente, le Key account manager permet d&rsquo;assurer puis de maintenir une bonne relation avec nos clients et prospects.<\/p>\n<p>En rejoignant l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe, sa mission au quotidien sera d&rsquo;identifier des clients potentiels, de les attirer vers notre offre produit et de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des opportunit\u00e9s de ventes actives. Pour y parvenir, il sera\u00a0en \u00e9troite collaboration avec les Sales et le p\u00f4le Marketing de MySkillCamp.\u00a0Parmi les missions les plus r\u00e9currentes :<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Activit\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 la Vente<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Trouver de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s clients en accord avec le service Marketing<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e9gocier des contrats et des accords pour maximiser les profits<\/li>\n<li>Communiquer clairement les progr\u00e8s des initiatives mensuelles\/trimestrielles aux parties prenantes internes et externes<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9velopper de nouvelles affaires avec les clients existants et\/ou identifier les points \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer pour respecter les quotas<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9visions et suivi des m\u00e9triques des comptes cl\u00e9s (par exemple, r\u00e9sultats des ventes trimestriels et pr\u00e9visions annuelles)<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer des rapports sur l&rsquo;\u00e9tat du compte client<\/li>\n<li>Collaborer avec l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de vente pour identifier et d\u00e9velopper les opportunit\u00e9s sur le territoire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 maitriser<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rendre cr\u00e9dible l\u2019offre de l\u2019entreprise en apportant son expertise sur le d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux produits ou sur l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019existant.<\/li>\n<li>La maitrise des outils digitaux tels que les logiciels de formation (LCMS, LMS, outil auteur, LXP).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Relation client<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Servir de point de contact principal pour toutes les questions de gestion de compte client<\/li>\n<li>Construire et maintenir des relations solides et durables avec les clients<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9velopper des relations de confiance avec les conseillers des comptes cl\u00e9s, des parties prenantes clientes et des sponsors ex\u00e9cutifs<\/li>\n<li>Assurer la livraison rapide et r\u00e9ussie de nos solutions en fonction des besoins et des objectifs du client<\/li>\n<li>Aider \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux demandes des clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>R\u00e9mun\u00e9ration<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Base fixe + variable (commission\/prime) + Avantages en nature<br \/>\nChiffre d&rsquo;affaire: Minimun 300 000\u20ac\/an<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Profil recherch\u00e9<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Professionnellement, le Key account Manager doit avoir une certaine expertise dans le domaine de la vente et des exp\u00e9riences probantes dans le m\u00e9tier. En plus de ma\u00eetriser parfaitement son offre produit, il ou elle doit \u00eatre \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, souriant(e) et d\u00e9termin\u00e9(e) pour rassurer les clients ou faire face \u00e0 des demandes exigeantes. Enfin, tu es quelqu&rsquo;un de motiv\u00e9(e), organis\u00e9(e) et autonome.<\/p>\n<p>Chez MySkillCamp, nous sommes une team jeune et dynamique \u00e0 l&rsquo;image de notre start-up.
