La protection des donn\u00e9es et les enjeux li\u00e9s aux fronti\u00e8res red\u00e9finissent \u00e9galement les relations internationales et le monde du travail de demain.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>84% des 19.000 employeurs sond\u00e9s par ManpowerGroup \u00e0 travers le monde pr\u00e9voient de renforcer\u00a0les comp\u00e9tences de leurs travailleurs d\u2019ici 2020.\u00a0C\u2019est lors du Forum \u00e9conomique mondial de Davos (*) de 2011 que ManpowerGroup avait annonc\u00e9 l\u2019av\u00e8nement de l\u2019\u00e8re de l\u2019humain (le Human Age), une nouvelle \u00e8re o\u00f9 le talent \u2013 et non plus le capital \u2013 allait s\u2019imposer comme le principal facteur de diff\u00e9renciation des entreprises. Aujourd\u2019hui, dans un environnement toujours plus volatile, incertain, complexe et ambigu (VUCA), le Human Age \u00e9volue vers une v\u00e9ritable R\u00e9volution des Comp\u00e9tences. Le concept de \u2018learnability\u2019 (capacit\u00e9 d\u2019apprentissage et d\u2019adaptation) s\u2019impose comme la priorit\u00e9 num\u00e9ro 1 dans la gestion des carri\u00e8res et des talents n\u00e9cessaires au monde du travail futur.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e8re industrielle caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par le mod\u00e8le du \u2018travail \u00e0 vie du lundi au vendredi de 9h \u00e0 5h\u2019 o\u00f9 l\u2019employeur fixait les r\u00e8gles tout seul dans des structures opaques et peu flexibles fait d\u00e9sormais partie du pass\u00e9. Le Human Age a mis le talent au coeur<br \/>\ndes organisations, et les technologies ont permis aux entreprises et aux individus de r\u00e9inventer le travail, en d\u00e9veloppant non seulement de nouveaux modes d\u2019organisation plus agiles, mais \u00e9galement des relations de travail davantage bas\u00e9es sur la collaboration que sur la subordination.<\/p>\n<p>Face \u00e0 ces \u00e9volutions, les p\u00e9nuries de talents se sont aggrav\u00e9es pour toucher aujourd\u2019hui les entreprises \u00e0 un niveau jamais atteint. Selon la derni\u00e8re enqu\u00eate de ManpowerGroup (**), elles concernent 45% des employeurs au niveau mondial, 43% au niveau de la r\u00e9gion EMEA et 35% au niveau de la Belgique.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>R\u00e9volution des Comp\u00e9tences : \u00ab\u00a0Il est urgent de b\u00e2tir une v\u00e9ritable culture de l\u2019apprentissage\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selon ManpowerGroup, l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de la digitalisation et l\u2019av\u00e8nement de la robotisation vont amener tous les acteurs du monde du travail \u00e0 anticiper de nouvelles \u00e9volutions. Philippe Lacroix, Managing Director de ManpowerGroup BeLux : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Aujourd\u2019hui, le principal d\u00e9fi des entreprises consiste \u00e0 pouvoir g\u00e9rer en permanence le changement. Pour y arriver, elles doivent pouvoir disposer des comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour faire face au futur. D\u00e8s lors, la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019apprentissage et d\u2019adaptation est devenue la priorit\u00e9 num\u00e9ro 1 dans la gestion des carri\u00e8res et des talents. Avant-hier, on recrutait sur la base des capacit\u00e9s acquises, hier, on mettait l\u2019accent sur la passion et aujourd\u2019hui, on examine le d\u00e9sir d\u2019apprendre en permanence.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ce constat est partag\u00e9 par les 19.000 employeurs de 44 pays sond\u00e9s par ManpowerGroup qui a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les conclusions de son enqu\u00eate au Forum de Davos. 84% d\u2019entre eux pr\u00e9voient de renforcer les comp\u00e9tences de leurs collaborateurs d\u2019ici 2020, alors qu\u2019ils n\u2019\u00e9taient que 21% \u00e0 l\u2019envisager en 2011. C\u2019est un signe de la prise de responsabilit\u00e9 accrue des employeurs face \u00e0 cet enjeu majeur de l\u2019employabilit\u00e9. \u00ab\u00a0<em>La polarisation entre les individus qui disposent des bonnes comp\u00e9tences et ceux qui ne les ont pas risque encore de s\u2019accro\u00eetre \u00e0 l\u2019avenir. La difficult\u00e9 d\u2019apprendre et de s\u2019adapter deviendra la principale cause de ch\u00f4mage. Il est d\u00e8s lors urgent de b\u00e2tir une v\u00e9ritable culture de l\u2019apprentissage\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, insiste Philippe Lacroix.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les autres tendances du futur du travail, ManpowerGroup met en \u00e9vidence les enjeux de transparence li\u00e9s \u00e0 la protection des donn\u00e9es. Un autre enjeu majeur sont les \u00e9volutions li\u00e9es aux fronti\u00e8res et leurs cons\u00e9quences sur le commerce international et la mobilit\u00e9 des travailleurs : des fronti\u00e8res ferm\u00e9es lors de la R\u00e9volution Industrielle, des fronti\u00e8res ouvertes lors du Human Age et des fronti\u00e8res incertaines \u00e0 l\u2019avenir.
