Si un avenir marqu\u00e9 par une main d\u2019\u0153uvre automatis\u00e9e peut para\u00eetre effrayant, la r\u00e9volution de l\u2019intelligence artificielle (IA) ouvrira n\u00e9anmoins de nombreuses opportunit\u00e9s aux entreprises et aux personnes qui y seront pr\u00e9par\u00e9es. L&rsquo;entreprise a tent\u00e9 d&rsquo;imaginer 21 nouveaux m\u00e9tiers, pour le moins \u00e9tonnants! La r\u00e9flexion men\u00e9e quant aux comp\u00e9tences requises pour les exercer m\u00e9rite que nous y pensions quelques instants.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Si l\u2019on estime que les machines assureront 20 % de la partie la plus administrative d\u2019un travail, la quatri\u00e8me r\u00e9volution industrielle devrait quant \u00e0 elle entra\u00eener un boom num\u00e9rique de l\u2019\u00e9conomie mondiale s\u2019appuyant sur l\u2019IA, l\u2019automatisation, les algorithmes, les bots et le big data, en conjuguant vision futuriste et vraisemblance.<\/p>\n<p>Quel que soit le degr\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9volution technologique de notre \u00e9poque, l\u2019aspect humain reste essentiel, et les m\u00e9tiers d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui sont marqu\u00e9s par les grandes th\u00e9matiques suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comportements \u00e9thiques : nous attendons des machines, comme des \u00eatres humains, qu\u2019elles agissent et se comportent correctement. Ainsi, parmi les m\u00e9tiers de demain pourront figurer notamment le chief purpose planner (responsable de la planification d\u2019objectifs), l\u2019algorithm bias auditor(contr\u00f4leur de biais algorithmiques), et le juvenile cyber crimerehabilitation counsellor (conseiller en r\u00e9insertion pour cybercriminels mineurs).<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et s\u00fbret\u00e9 : nous voulons nous sentir en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans ce \u00ab meilleur des mondes \u00bb (effrayant) que nous cr\u00e9ons actuellement, ce qui imposera l\u2019apparition de m\u00e9tiers tels que cyber attack agent (agent de cyberattaque), cyber calamity forecaster (pr\u00e9visionniste de cyber-catastrophe) et virtual identity defender (d\u00e9fenseur d\u2019identit\u00e9 virtuelle).<\/li>\n<li>Visions : un certain nombre de nos nouveaux m\u00e9tiers sont le fruit d\u2019anciennes visions de la science-fiction, qui s\u2019imposeront comme une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 scientifique au cours des dix prochaines ann\u00e9es. Ces m\u00e9tiers incluent notamment le smart home designer (concepteur de maisons intelligentes), le flying car developer (constructeur de voitures volantes) ou le vertical farm consultant (consultant de fermes verticales).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Une mutation radicale de l\u2019apprentissage et du d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alors que le monde du travail continue d\u2019\u00e9voluer rapidement, les comp\u00e9tences s\u2019apparentent \u00e0 des applications mobiles. Des mises \u00e0 jour fr\u00e9quentes sont en effet n\u00e9cessaires afin de s\u2019assurer que les employ\u00e9s poss\u00e8dent l\u2019expertise requise pour \u00eatre, et rester, employables. Dans ce contexte, les entreprises et les \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur doivent se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 une mutation radicale de l\u2019apprentissage. Les organisations devront d\u00e9sormais tenir compte de quatre facteurs principaux en termes de comp\u00e9tences :<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00c9ternelles:<\/em><\/strong> certaines comp\u00e9tences humaines remontent \u00e0 la nuit des temps : utiliser du bois, des pierres et du feu, coop\u00e9rer au sein du groupe, s\u2019adapter. Aussi formidables que soient nos technologies, ce type de comp\u00e9tences garderont toujours une valeur inestimable.<br \/>\n<strong><em>Durables :<\/em><\/strong> l\u2019art de vendre rev\u00eat une importance particuli\u00e8re depuis que le monde existe. D\u2019autres comp\u00e9tences durables comme l\u2019empathie, la confiance, l\u2019aide, l\u2019imagination, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 lutter, demeureront essentielles. Les comp\u00e9tences durables sont au c\u0153ur des m\u00e9tiers de demain.<br \/>\n<strong><em>\u00c9mergentes :<\/em><\/strong> les nouvelles comp\u00e9tences de demain s\u2019adapteront \u00e0 la complexit\u00e9, \u00e0 la densit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la rapidit\u00e9 du travail. \u00catre suffisamment form\u00e9 pour travailler sur un tableur Excel de 315 Mo, savoir g\u00e9rer la surcharge sensorielle d\u2019un cockpit virtuel de drone, pouvoir \u00e9valuer quelle action du Syst\u00e8me de Notation des Vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9s (Common Vulnerability Score System) que vous devriez effectuer en premier (dans les 15 prochaines secondes) avant que le cyberp\u00e9rim\u00e8tre ne soit enfreint. Les candidats qui savent r\u00e9agir rapidement et sans sourciller, qui disposent de comp\u00e9tences affut\u00e9es sur les jeux en ligne, et qui sont multit\u00e2ches et vigilants, peuvent postuler \u00e0 ce type d\u2019emplois.<br \/>\n<em><strong>D\u00e9pass\u00e9es :<\/strong><\/em> les comp\u00e9tences consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme des comp\u00e9tences de pointe une ann\u00e9e deviendront in\u00e9vitablement la norme l\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante.
