Comme la plupart des demandeurs d\u2019emploi s\u2019orientent d\u2019abord vers une profession\/fonction avant de se mettre en qu\u00eate d\u2019une entreprise, il est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s important de pouvoir \u00e9valuer correctement l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 des professions. Il \u00e9tait donc grand temps de r\u00e9it\u00e9rer l\u2019\u00e9tude de 2011, sur laquelle nous reviendrons d&rsquo;ailleurs prochainement.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Afin de mesurer l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 d\u2019une profession, Randstad a demand\u00e9 aux personnes interrog\u00e9es si elles recommanderaient un m\u00e9tier sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 leurs enfants ou \u00e0 leurs amis. Ensuite, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 demand\u00e9 aux plus de 3.500 r\u00e9pondants d\u2019\u00e9valuer 5 fondements de l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 de la fonction pour chacune des professions. Le nombre de professions a \u00e9t\u00e9 sensiblement \u00e9largi aux nouvelles professions li\u00e9es aux technologies de l\u2019information, aux professions cr\u00e9atives et aux nouveaux secteurs (par ex. l\u2019environnement).<\/p>\n<p>Comme en 2011, le m\u00e9tier d\u2019ing\u00e9nieur est le plus attractif aux yeux du Belge moyen. 62% recommanderaient cette fonction \u00e0 leurs enfants et\/ou amis. Cette profession l\u2019emporte de justesse sur celles de pharmacien, m\u00e9decin, architecte et ing\u00e9nieur logiciel. Le chauffeur de taxi est la profession la moins attractive en 2018. \u00c0 peine 11% des r\u00e9pondants recommanderaient cette profession \u00e0 leurs enfants et\/ou amis. Si l\u2019on excepte l\u2019ing\u00e9nieur informaticien (nouvellement repris dans la liste), toutes les professions du top 10 sont des m\u00e9tiers qui ne sont pas neufs et qui affichaient \u00e9galement d\u2019excellents scores en 2011. Le top 20 accueille pour la premi\u00e8re fois le web designer et le support IT.<\/p>\n<p>Au bas du classement, c\u2019est la fonction de chauffeur de taxi qui remporte la palme. Le m\u00e9tier d\u2019emballeur lui c\u00e8de ainsi sa place. Les autres professions les moins attractives sont celles de collaborateur de call center, concierge, serveur et gardien de prison. Parmi les 10 professions les moins attractives, quatre sont en lien avec le transport (chauffeur de taxi, chauffeur de camion, de bus et de chariot \u00e9l\u00e9vateur).<\/p>\n<p>Le m\u00e9tier de politicien s\u2019av\u00e8re \u00e9galement peu attrayant: \u00e0 peine 20% des r\u00e9pondants le recommanderaient \u00e0 leurs enfants et\/ou amis. Chez les r\u00e9pondants titulaires d\u2019un master, la profession de politicien atteint tout juste 24% des suffrages.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Une question d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre priv\u00e9\/professionnel?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il est particuli\u00e8rement frappant de constater que les professions les plus attractives affichent globalement de pi\u00e8tres scores en termes d\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre le travail et la vie priv\u00e9e, pourtant le deuxi\u00e8me facteur le plus important pour appr\u00e9cier une profession (juste apr\u00e8s le salaire). C\u2019est pour le crit\u00e8re de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration qu\u2019elles se classent le mieux, suivies par les conditions de travail. Les scores obtenus pour les diff\u00e9rents crit\u00e8res varient fortement entre eux.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les professions les moins attractives, l\u2019\u00e9quilibre travail-vie priv\u00e9e est le crit\u00e8re qui affiche les meilleurs scores. Mais c\u2019est la seule nouvelle relativement positive. L\u2019\u00e9valuation est n\u00e9gative pour tous les autres crit\u00e8res.
