La satisfaction de leurs collaborateurs justifie en grande partie le bon r\u00e9sultat enregistr\u00e9 par ces entreprises. Le r\u00e9sultat de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate annuelle de la Vlerick Business School, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en collaboration avec le Great Place to Work\u00ae Institute Belgium, se base en effet sur un sondage men\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des travailleurs et comptant pour deux tiers du score final.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Ces derniers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s sur 3 aspects caract\u00e9ristiques d&rsquo;un Best Workplace : la confiance des travailleurs en leur sup\u00e9rieur (direction), la fiert\u00e9 des travailleurs quant \u00e0 leurs performances (emploi) et le plaisir qu&rsquo;ils \u00e9prouvent sur leur lieu de travail (coll\u00e8gues). Les r\u00e9sultats sont compl\u00e9t\u00e9s par une analyse de la politique du personnel, dans le cadre d&rsquo;une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de la direction et des ressources humaines, repr\u00e9sentant un tiers du score final.<br \/>\nQui remporte le titre de Best Workplace 2015 en Belgique? EASI (entreprise de moins de 500 p) et Torfs (entreprise de plus de 500 p).<\/p>\n<p>Dans la cat\u00e9gorie des petites entreprises (MOINS de 500 collaborateurs), le gagnant EASI a connu une importante \u00e9volution ces deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. L&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, cet \u00e9diteur de logiciels et d&rsquo;applications professionnels occupait la 5e place avant d&rsquo;atteindre le sommet cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s Dirk Buyens (professeur de gestion des ressources humaines), cette victoire repose sur le fait que l&rsquo;entreprise consid\u00e8re ses travailleurs comme la principale force motrice de son organisation : <em>\u00ab Ils permettent ainsi \u00e0 leurs travailleurs de devenir actionnaires de l&rsquo;entreprise. Cette mesure suscite non seulement un engagement plus fort vis-\u00e0-vis de l&#8217;employeur, mais elle renforce \u00e9galement les relations mutuelles \u00e0 long terme. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>AE, laur\u00e9at du titre pendant deux ann\u00e9es cons\u00e9cutives, doit c\u00e9der une place, tout comme Ormit (5e). SAS Institute quitte le trio de t\u00eate et atterrit \u00e0 la 6e place.<\/p>\n<p>Certaines entreprises connaissent \u00e9galement une belle progression : Protime passe de la 10e \u00e0 la 3e position et Handson &amp; Partners de la 8e \u00e0 la 4e. Mars Belgium conserve sa place \u00e0 la 7e marche, tout comme CTG Belgium (9e). Enfin, deux nouveaux venus font leur apparition : ALD Automotive (8e) et Abbvie (10e).<\/p>\n<p>Comme l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, Torfs occupe la premi\u00e8re place du top 10 des grandes entreprises (PLUS de 500 collaborateurs). L&rsquo;entreprise, qui mise depuis des ann\u00e9es sur la satisfaction de ses collaborateurs, est devenue une valeur s\u00fbre du top 3.<br \/>\nDepuis la cr\u00e9ation de l&rsquo;entreprise, la priorit\u00e9 est donn\u00e9e aux personnes, explique Dirk Buyens : <em>\u00ab Torfs vise en permanence la satisfaction de ses clients et de ses collaborateurs, deux points qui, selon l&rsquo;entreprise, vont de pair. Elle l&rsquo;appelle l'\u00a0\u00bbattention \u00e0 360\u00b0\u00a0\u00bb. Cette ann\u00e9e, nous avons principalement mis l&rsquo;accent sur le leadership. Tous les shop managers et leurs assistants ont suivi l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re la formation \u00ab\u00a0Exp\u00e9dition 360\u00b0\u00a0\u00bb, en vue de renforcer leur leadership avenant. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Accent Jobs et McDonald&rsquo;s Belgium jouent \u00e0 saute-mouton, mais conservent leur position dans le top 3. Adecco conserve sa 4e place. KBC et Monsanto glissent tous deux d&rsquo;une place et atterrissent cette ann\u00e9e en 5e et 6e position. Nous retrouvons des nouveaux venus \u00e0 la 8e (Start People) et \u00e0 la 10e place (Media Markt).<\/p>\n<h2>Trois prix sp\u00e9ciaux<\/h2>\n<p><em><strong>Well-being<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nLe gagnant AE est r\u00e9compens\u00e9 pour ses efforts en mati\u00e8re de bien-\u00eatre au travail. D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s AE, la sant\u00e9 d&rsquo;une entreprise est trop souvent \u00e9valu\u00e9e sous un angle purement \u00e9conomique ou financier. Pour mesurer sa v\u00e9ritable sant\u00e9, l&rsquo;entreprise a lanc\u00e9 le projet \u00ab Bonheur en entreprise \u00bb, en se basant sur le concept du Bonheur National Brut. En pratique, AE vise une am\u00e9lioration continue des \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants du \u00ab Bonheur en entreprise \u00bb : la culture d&rsquo;entreprise (o\u00f9 l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre joue un r\u00f4le central), la libert\u00e9 et l&rsquo;appartenance, la vitalit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie (tant physique que mentale), la responsabilit\u00e9 sociale de l&rsquo;entreprise et l&rsquo;\u00e9quit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard des normes du march\u00e9. (Les autres nomm\u00e9s \u00e9taient : Ormit et CTG.)<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Employee Involvement<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nLe vainqueur Torfs associe ses collaborateurs au processus de d\u00e9cision en les \u00e9coutant, en demandant leurs suggestions et commentaires et en passant \u00e0 l&rsquo;action sur la base de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments. En outre, la direction reste attentive aux questions des collaborateurs. Concr\u00e8tement, la politique de d\u00e9veloppement durable rev\u00eat une forme principalement ascendante en permettant aux collaborateurs de prendre le temps de se pencher ensemble sur ce sujet \u00e0 l&rsquo;occasion de journ\u00e9es sp\u00e9ciales. R\u00e9sultat : un plan d&rsquo;action concret portant sur le personnel, les fournisseurs, les clients, l&rsquo;environnement et les partenaires sociaux. (Les autres nomm\u00e9s \u00e9taient : Accent Jobs et Protime.)<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Giving Back<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nL&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e en 2012 d&rsquo;un nouveau CEO au sein de l&rsquo;entreprise gagnante ALD Automotive a compl\u00e8tement invers\u00e9 la tendance. Pour accro\u00eetre la motivation et l&rsquo;engagement des collaborateurs et nouer des liens plus solides entre les d\u00e9partements et les niveaux de fonction, trois Inspiration Teams ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en place (apr\u00e8s avoir sond\u00e9 les collaborateurs) : ALD Sport, ALD Eco et ALD Gives Back. Si, jusqu&rsquo;il y a peu, les d\u00e9cisions li\u00e9es aux projets de responsabilit\u00e9 sociale de l&rsquo;entreprise \u00e9manaient surtout unilat\u00e9ralement de la direction, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe ALD Gives Back a soutenu le mouvement inverse, r\u00e9sultant en une plus grande implication et de beaux projets, comme Make-a-Wish ou Paika Project (UZ Brussel). Cette nouvelle approche a \u00e9galement modifi\u00e9 l&rsquo;ADN m\u00eame de l&rsquo;entreprise : Giving Back a permis de rapprocher les gens et d&rsquo;influencer la collaboration au quotidien.
