La grande majorit\u00e9 des chercheurs d&#8217;emploi belges consid\u00e8rent qu&rsquo;il est essentiel d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer la r\u00e9putation d&rsquo;une organisation avant de postuler. Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 45 % des chercheurs d&#8217;emploi se m\u00e9fient aussit\u00f4t d&rsquo;une entreprise s&rsquo;ils ne trouvent pas d&rsquo;informations \u00e0 son sujet en ligne.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 500 travailleurs belges en 2018 r\u00e9v\u00e8le l\u2019importance d&rsquo;une communication transparente et ouverte sur la marque employeur. Elle montre que plus les chercheurs d&#8217;emploi trouvent des informations en ligne sur une entreprise, plus ils sont susceptibles d\u2019y postuler. 78 % des chercheurs d&#8217;emploi belges d\u00e9clarent qu&rsquo;ils ne postulent qu&rsquo;avant d&rsquo;avoir \u00e9valu\u00e9 la r\u00e9putation d&rsquo;un employeur en ligne.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe une corr\u00e9lation positive entre la disponibilit\u00e9 des informations et la confiance dans une entreprise. En l\u2019absence d&rsquo;informations sur la r\u00e9putation d&rsquo;une entreprise comme employeur, quatre employ\u00e9s sur dix d\u00e9clarent qu\u2019ils n\u2019y postuleraient pas. 45 % se m\u00e9fieraient automatiquement d&rsquo;une telle entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;un des plus grands d\u00e9fis pour les employeurs voulant attirer les meilleurs employ\u00e9s est de se distinguer des entreprises qui p\u00eachent dans le m\u00eame bassin de talents. Il est d\u2019autant plus important d&rsquo;analyser les facteurs influen\u00e7ant le comportement des chercheurs d&#8217;emploi qu\u2019il est difficile d&rsquo;attirer les bons employ\u00e9s. Les employeurs peuvent montrer en quoi ils diff\u00e8rent de leurs concurrents sur des aspects essentiels pour les chercheurs d&#8217;emploi.
