Cela appara\u00eet d\u2019une enqu\u00eate du prestataire de services RH et payroll SD Worx aupr\u00e8s de 1.000 professionnels RH, payroll et juridiques. L\u2019enqu\u00eate r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00e9galement que 63 % des r\u00e9pondants pensent que le Brexit sera une \u00e9tape difficile, et m\u00eame 18 % qui pensent qu\u2019elle sera tr\u00e8s difficile.<\/p>\n<p>Pour pallier ce manque de comp\u00e9tences, pr\u00e8s de deux tiers (64 %) des organisations recruteront des collaborateurs externes ou pr\u00e9voiront des formations internes. Les 36 % restants n\u2019ont pas encore envisag\u00e9 de solutions ou ne savent pas comment ils proc\u00e9deront pour \u00e9largir leurs comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n<p>Les raisons de ces pr\u00e9occupations sont \u00e9videntes. Le rapport met une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 en exergue : l\u2019ignorance de certaines entreprises quant aux cons\u00e9quences du Brexit sur leurs collaborateurs. Par exemple, 28 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es ne connaissent pas leur effectif salarial qui travaille dans l\u2019UE.<\/p>\n<p>Le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi sera \u00e9galement touch\u00e9 : pr\u00e8s de sept r\u00e9pondants sur dix (69%) pensent que le Brexit aura des cons\u00e9quences sur leurs programmes d\u2019embauche au Royaume-Uni et en Europe. Plus d\u2019un tiers d\u2019entre eux ne savent pas exactement de quelle mani\u00e8re le contrat de leurs travailleurs sera modifi\u00e9 apr\u00e8s le Brexit (35%), et un tiers (32%) recruteront davantage de personnel en Europe.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Une bataille de comp\u00e9tences.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne la pr\u00e9paration au Brexit, le sondage r\u00e9v\u00e8le les d\u00e9fis majeurs auxquels les r\u00e9pondants font face : comprendre les nouvelles l\u00e9gislations (44 %), transf\u00e9rer le personnel et\/ou le si\u00e8ge de l\u2019entreprise (35 %) et trouver des comp\u00e9tences en interne pour piloter les changements induits par le Brexit (29 %). 39% pensent par ailleurs que le Brexit aura un impact n\u00e9gatif sur leur service RH et payroll.<br \/>\n\ufffc\ufffc<br \/>\nLe sondage met \u00e9galement en \u00e9vidence le manque de comp\u00e9tences fiscales et juridiques quant aux changements induits par le Brexit pour 60 % des entreprises. Elles s\u2019adresseront donc \u00e0 des tiers pour se faire conseiller.<\/p>\n<p>Jean-Luc Vannieuwenhuyse, conseiller juridique chez SD Worx, commente : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Ce sondage confirme la grande incertitude qui r\u00e8gne parmi les entreprises au Royaume-Uni et en Europe. Nombreuses sont celles qui ignorent l&rsquo;impact que le Brexit aura sur leurs services RH et payroll, et sur l&rsquo;entreprise dans son ensemble.
