Le Manpower Index donne une valeur l\u00e9g\u00e8rement positive de +2.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Le march\u00e9 d\u2019emploi n\u2019a pas connu beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9volution en Wallonie (+1), en encore moins en Flandre (0). R\u00e9gionalement, c\u2019est seulement \u00e0 Bruxelles que le march\u00e9 d\u2019emploi conna\u00eet une tendance plut\u00f4t favorable (+6). Go Brussels!<\/p>\n<p>Comment se fait-il que le march\u00e9 de recrutement connaisse si peu d\u2019\u00e9volution? C\u2019est l\u2019absence d\u2019une croissance significative qui est en faute. Les employeurs de beaucoup de secteurs sont h\u00e9sitants et prudents quand il s\u2019agit de nouveaux recrutements. Ce sont surtout les employeurs du secteur du Commerce de gros et de d\u00e9tail et des Industries extractives qui rapportent des pr\u00e9visions les plus favorables. Les employeurs de grandes (+9) et moyennes (+14) entreprises sont assez confiants ; ceux de petites (+3) et micro (+2) entreprises le sont beaucoup moins.<\/p>\n<p>Mais le ciel commence \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9claircir! Le barom\u00e8tre de la Banque Nationale de Belgique nous montre que on peut \u00eatre plus optimiste dans le futur, comme la confiance des employeurs et consommateurs augmente. Cette \u00e9volution devrait notamment cr\u00e9er un climat plus favorable pour l\u2019emploi a moyen terme.<\/p>\n<p>On sait d\u00e9j\u00e0 que le march\u00e9 d\u2019emploi en Belgique conna\u00eet donc un faible dynamisme, avec une valeur de +2. Mais quoi donc dans le reste du monde? Taiwan (+45), l\u2019Inde (+38) et le Japon (+19) sont beaucoup plus optimistes que nous. Un march\u00e9 de recrutement qui reste plut\u00f4t optimiste aussi est celui de l\u2019USA (+16). La Chine (+8) par contre conna\u00eet un score un peu plus pessimiste. Plus pr\u00e8s de chez nous : la Turquie (+16), l\u2019Afrique du Sud (+13) et la Gr\u00e8ce pr\u00e9voient un bon d\u00e9veloppement. Le Royaume Uni (+6) se montre plus prudent, tout comme l\u2019Allemagne (+5), l\u2019Espagne (+4) et les Pays-Bas (+4), pendant que la pr\u00e9vision de la France balance au m\u00eame niveau que celui de la Belgique.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la plupart des pays sond\u00e9s, on voit un dynamisme positif, faible ou plus fort.
