Mais il reste des freins au sein de nos institutions&#8230;<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p><em>\u00ab La visite en Allemagne conduite par le Roi Philippe, visant \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir le syst\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9ducation duale, est un formidable coup de projecteur sur un th\u00e8me essentiel pour l\u2019avenir de nos jeunes et de nos entreprises technologiques \u00bb<\/em>, explique Thierry Castagne, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019Agoria Wallonie.<\/p>\n<p>Le \u00ab\u00a0dual learning\u00a0\u00bb allemand est un syst\u00e8me de formation organis\u00e9 en partenariat par l\u2019enseignement et les entreprises. Une fili\u00e8re d\u2019excellence en alternance qui devrait d\u2019urgence \u00eatre \u00e9tendue et reconnue, comme le rappelle la direction de la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>Agoria pr\u00e9cise encore : <em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019industrie technologique m\u00e8ne depuis 30 ans un s\u00e9rieux travail en vue de valoriser les m\u00e9tiers et formations \u00e0 caract\u00e8re industriel et informatique. Il est capital que l\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e0 la technologie fasse partie, d\u00e8s le plus jeune \u00e2ge, des programmes scolaires. Les formations technologiques doivent \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme des fili\u00e8res d\u2019excellence, plut\u00f4t que de rel\u00e9gation, singuli\u00e8rement en ce qui concerne l\u2019apprentissage en alternance. Il est indispensable que les entreprises soient davantage associ\u00e9es \u00e0 la formation des jeunes. Reconnaissons que cette \u00e9volution des esprits doit encore faire son \u0153uvre, tant dans le monde de l\u2019enseignement que dans celui des entreprises. L\u2019alternance permet aux \u00e9tudiants d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir les meilleures pratiques du m\u00e9tier et de se familiariser avec la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise. Elle permet une mise \u00e0 niveau des comp\u00e9tences des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et des professeurs et donne acc\u00e8s aux \u00e9quipements de pointe. Enfin, elle assure un v\u00e9ritable tremplin vers des emplois g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement bien r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s et stimule souvent chez les jeunes la poursuite de leurs \u00e9tudes. Le taux de r\u00e9ussite y est en outre \u00e9lev\u00e9, par exemple proche de 90 % en 2e master en alternance en gestion de production.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Comment \u00e9tendre l\u2019alternance ?<\/h2>\n<p>Concr\u00e8tement, Agoria est active avec ses entreprises membres dans le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019alternance avec l\u2019enseignement de plein exercice, suivant des exp\u00e9riences par ailleurs retenues dans les programmes des gouvernements wallon et de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Wallonie-Bruxelles. Agoria plaide avec insistance pour une extension et une reconnaissance \u00e0 tous les niveaux mais reste d\u00e9concert\u00e9e par un discours g\u00e9n\u00e9ral en faveur de l\u2019alternance qui ne se traduit pas, dans plusieurs cas concrets, par des d\u00e9cisions favorables.<\/p>\n<p>Deux autres r\u00e9alit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage en milieu professionnel existent par ailleurs, toutes ayant une valeur p\u00e9dagogique :<br \/>\n\u00b7 d\u2019abord, le stage en entreprise (ou en centre de comp\u00e9tences), g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de courte dur\u00e9e, qui doit \u00eatre rendu obligatoire dans les formations technologiques des enseignements secondaire, sup\u00e9rieur et universitaire ;<br \/>\n\u00b7 ensuite, l\u2019alternance organis\u00e9e avec des centres sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s tels que les CEFA (centres d\u2019enseignement et de formation en alternance) et l\u2019IFAPME, mais qui \u2013 \u00e0 ce stade \u2013 est peu adapt\u00e9e aux exigences industrielles propres aux m\u00e9tiers technologiques, surtout de haut niveau, compte tenu du profil des stagiaires et\/ou des sp\u00e9cialisations offertes dans ces centres.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En Belgique francophone, la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration de l\u2019industrie technologique Agoria, est \u00e0 l\u2019initiative de projets d&rsquo;immersion en entreprise pour l&rsquo;enseignement secondaire qualifiant et de formation en alternance dans l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur.
