Une initiative n\u00e9cessaire pour les soutenir dans leur gestion de la forte augmentation du nombre de clients, de membres du personnel et de processus de magasin.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Avec 43.065 heures de formation planifi\u00e9es, ce programme baptis\u00e9 Talent@Lidl est le plus grand investissement qu&rsquo;ait jamais r\u00e9alis\u00e9 Lidl dans son personnel au sein du BeLux.<\/p>\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, Lidl a connu une forte croissance ainsi que des changements importants. La cha\u00eene de magasins a introduit plusieurs innovations qui rendent l&rsquo;organisation du magasin plus complexe. En outre, la cha\u00eene a connu de nombreux changements physiques et organisationnels : un nouveau concept de magasin a fait son apparition, le syst\u00e8me back-office et de commande a \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9 et la surface de magasin a augment\u00e9 de 17 % en moyenne. Tous ces facteurs ont entra\u00een\u00e9 une hausse du nombre de collaborateurs de 32 %, soit 1 483 coll\u00e8gues en plus.<\/p>\n<p>Afin que ces changements soient mis en place sans heurts, les 297 g\u00e9rants de magasin b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront d&rsquo;un programme de d\u00e9veloppement. \u00ab Il s&rsquo;agit sans aucun doute de la plus grande op\u00e9ration de d\u00e9veloppement jamais organis\u00e9e par Lidl en Belgique et au Luxembourg. Et elle est tout \u00e0 fait justifi\u00e9e : il est crucial que nos g\u00e9rants apprennent \u00e0 g\u00e9rer nos magasins devenus plus grands. Alors qu&rsquo;auparavant, nous travaillions avec des \u00e9quipes de 10 \u00e0 12 collaborateurs en moyenne, les magasins comptant 20 \u00e0 25 membres du personnel ne sont plus des exceptions depuis longtemps. Cela demande une autre approche de la direction\u00bb, explique le porte-parole Julien Wathieu.<\/p>\n<p>En parall\u00e8le, la fonction doit \u00e9voluer. <em>\u00ab Chez nos g\u00e9rants actuels, l&rsquo;accent repose sur les t\u00e2ches ex\u00e9cutives. Or, nous souhaitons d\u00e9sormais qu&rsquo;ils \u00e9voluent en de v\u00e9ritables managers de filiale. Notre objectif est de limiter les t\u00e2ches ex\u00e9cutives de ces futurs managers de magasin. Ils auront ainsi plus de temps pour les t\u00e2ches de management telles que la direction et la motivation d&rsquo;une \u00e9quipe. Nous voulons \u00e9galement les encourager \u00e0 voir encore plus de liens entre leurs choix en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;organisation du magasin et l&rsquo;impact de ces choix sur les chiffres \u2013 et naturellement d&rsquo;agir en ce sens \u00bb<\/em>, pr\u00e9cise-t-on. <em>\u00ab De plus, nous sommes convaincus de l&rsquo;\u00e9norme potentiel de notre groupe actuel de g\u00e9rants. D&rsquo;o\u00f9 le nom du projet : Talent@Lidl. Pour donner \u00e0 tous les g\u00e9rants l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 de se d\u00e9velopper vers la fonction de manager de magasin, un travail intensif sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9 au cours des prochains mois. Nous v\u00e9rifierons d&rsquo;abord o\u00f9 ils en sont lors d&rsquo;une journ\u00e9e de d\u00e9veloppement, pour ensuite leur proposer sur cette base un programme sur mesure. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cet encadrement suppl\u00e9mentaire, nos collaborateurs seront mieux \u00e9quip\u00e9s pour assumer les nouvelles t\u00e2ches, ce qui rendra leur travail d&rsquo;autant plus agr\u00e9able. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les premi\u00e8res journ\u00e9es de d\u00e9veloppement se tiendront en mai.
