Bien que nous vivions dans un monde mobile, des travailleurs dans<br \/>\n\ufffctoute la Belgique d\u00e9clarent ne pas pouvoir effectuer eux-m\u00eames de t\u00e2ches administratives de RH de base sur mobile et continuer \u00e0 s\u2019en acquitter hors ligne. Pire encore : environ six de ces t\u00e2ches sur dix sont encore effectu\u00e9es sur papier. En moyenne, seules 4 % des t\u00e2ches administratives de RH peuvent \u00eatre ex\u00e9cut\u00e9es sur des appareils mobiles.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats suivants ressortentd\u2019une nouvelle enqu\u00eate du fournisseur de services SD Worx, qui examine le degr\u00e9 de num\u00e9risation des entreprises.<br \/>\nLes demandes de cong\u00e9 sont le plus souvent faites num\u00e9riquement aujourd\u2019hui: 64% des employ\u00e9s interrog\u00e9s le font en ligne. 46% le font via un appareil fixe, 6% exclusivement via un appareil mobile et 12% via une combinaison des deux. Pour les t\u00e2ches qui s&rsquo;appliquent \u00e0 tous les employ\u00e9s, comme la demande de cong\u00e9s ou la pr\u00e9sentation d&rsquo;un certificat de maladie, les applications mobiles sont plus souvent impliqu\u00e9es. En moyenne, nous consultons nos t\u00e9l\u00e9phones pr\u00e8s de 50 fois par jour <em>(2018 Global Mobile Consumer Survey, Deloitte<\/em>). Il existe donc encore de nombreuses possibilit\u00e9s d&rsquo;applications mobiles dans l&rsquo;environnement de travail.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>De r\u00e9elles opportunit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement en Belgique.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les possibilit\u00e9s num\u00e9riques des collaborateurs en mati\u00e8re d\u2019administration des RH varient beaucoup d\u2019un pays \u00e0 l\u2019autre, comme le d\u00e9montre l\u2019\u00e9tude effectu\u00e9e dans 6 pays europ\u00e9ens. Ainsi, seuls 36 % des travailleurs belges peuvent demander et organiser des d\u00e9placements professionnels en ligne. C\u2019est le score le plus faible \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard pour l\u2019ensemble des pays qui ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019enqu\u00eate. Par contraste, 55 % des collaborateurs au Royaume-Uni peuvent effectuer cette t\u00e2che par la voie num\u00e9rique. En revanche, 46% des personnes interrog\u00e9es en Belgique peuvent actuellement soumettre leurs notes de frais en ligne, contre 33 % des travailleurs en Allemagne.<br \/>\nPar rapport aux autres pays, la Belgique tend \u00e0 se classer en quatri\u00e8me ou en cinqui\u00e8me position pour chaque t\u00e2che, ce qui laisse entrevoir une v\u00e9ritable opportunit\u00e9 de croissance. L\u2019Allemagne se classe \u00e0 un niveau bien inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui des autres pays interrog\u00e9s dans presque toutes les cat\u00e9gories, ce qui indique qu\u2019il lui reste du chemin \u00e0 parcourir dans le domaine de la transformation num\u00e9rique des entreprises.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\ufffcLes Belges sont plus friands de num\u00e9risation que leurs pays voisins<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pour de nombreuses t\u00e2ches administratives, les Belges se montrent plus friands de num\u00e9risation que leurs voisins. Ainsi, c\u2019est le pays dont les travailleurs souhaitent le plus pouvoir soumettre un certificat m\u00e9dical sur appareil mobile ou fixe (74 %) et pouvoir demander un cong\u00e9 de maladie (68 %) et des cong\u00e9s en ligne (74 %). En ce qui concerne la soumission de notes de frais par la voie \u00e9lectronique, la Belgique arrive en troisi\u00e8me position (60 %), derri\u00e8re les Pays-Bas (68 %) et le Royaume-Uni (68 %).<\/p>\n<p>En Belgique, les cinq t\u00e2ches les plus populaires qui peuvent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es en ligne sont les demandes de cong\u00e9s (74 %), l\u2019introduction d\u2019un certificat m\u00e9dical (74 %), la demande d\u2019un cong\u00e9 de maladie (68 %), la soumission d\u2019attestations (64 %) et la soumission de notes de frais ainsi que la demande de changement du temps de travail, ex aequo en cinqui\u00e8me position (60 %).<\/p>\n<p>Fran\u00e7oise Boulanger, senior consultant du groupe SD Worx, commente: \u00ab\u00a0<em>L\u2019impossibilit\u00e9 d\u2019effectuer des t\u00e2ches par la voie num\u00e9rique peut avoir un impact important sur une organisation et ses collaborateurs. Ceux-ci consacrent trop de temps \u00e0 des travaux administratifs de RH, ce qui les emp\u00eache d\u2019effectuer des t\u00e2ches plus riches et affecte \u00e0 terme leur degr\u00e9 d\u2019engagement. <\/em><em>Pratiquement chaque aspect de notre vie a \u00e9t\u00e9 transform\u00e9 par la technologie. C\u2019est le cas depuis un certain temps pour notre vie personnelle, mais \u00e0 certains \u00e9gards, la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration dans les entreprises a \u00e9t\u00e9 lente. Comme ce rapport l\u2019indique, les travailleurs veulent pouvoir effectuer des t\u00e2ches administratives de RH de base sur mobile, mais ils n\u2019en ont pas toujours l\u2019opportunit\u00e9. Pour pr\u00e9server l\u2019engagement et la productivit\u00e9 des travailleurs, il est vital que les employeurs pr\u00eatent attention \u00e0 leur exp\u00e9rience de travail et \u00e0 la num\u00e9risation. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Source : SD Worx &#8211;\u00a0L\u2019enqu\u00eate Europe LTD est un questionnaire portant sur une centaine d\u2019aspects li\u00e9s au travail en rapport avec la satisfaction, la motivation, l\u2019implication et l\u2019engagement des travailleurs.
