Retour sur les conclusions livr\u00e9es aux participants \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue de la journ\u00e9e.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00f4le-cl\u00e9 du management dans le contexte de la transformation digitale, c\u2019est une \u00e9vidence! Il reste \u00e0 identifier comment celui-ci peut s\u2019exercer. Et l\u2019inspiration venant des organisations qui sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00a0\u00bbpass\u00e9es par l\u00e0\u00a0\u00bb peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer pr\u00e9cieuse.<br \/>\nLa conf\u00e9rence qui s\u2019est tenue ce 21 f\u00e9vrier aux Moulins de Beez et qui a r\u00e9uni plus de 150 participants issus du secteur public wallon et francophone a permis de mettre en \u00e9vidence plusieurs bonnes pratiques mais aussi quelques risques importants. Partageons ici ces quelques enseignements \u00e0 prendre en compte sans tarder.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois n\u2019est pas coutume, commen\u00e7ons par les trois principaux points d\u2019attention relev\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce aux retours d\u2019exp\u00e9rience de la CSD Li\u00e8ge, d\u2019Unia et de la SWDE.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>1. Aborder de mani\u00e8re concr\u00e8te et responsable le sujet sensible des m\u00e9tiers qui se transforment<\/em><\/strong> et qui pourraient dispara\u00eetre sous l\u2019effet de la transformation num\u00e9rique. Le futur de certaines fonctions peut \u00eatre menac\u00e9s par la digitalisation, ce qui peut g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une grosse incertitude. Le processus d\u2019accompagnement (par la formation notamment, mais pas seulement\u2026) est une absolue n\u00e9cessit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>2. Lever la r\u00e9sistance commence par la niveau manag\u00e9rial.<\/strong><\/em> C\u2019est parfois au niveau de la direction que les appr\u00e9hensions vis-\u00e0-vis du digital sont les plus prononc\u00e9es. Pour aborder sereinement l\u2019introduction de nouvelles technologies dans nos organisations, il est essentiel que la direction et le management de celles-ci d\u00e9veloppement une approche positive et ambitieuse en la mati\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>3. La question de l\u2019inclusion se pose avec acuit\u00e9<\/strong><\/em> au moment o\u00f9 nous \u00e9voluons vers des organisations de plus en plus d\u00e9centralis\u00e9es. Le r\u00f4le du personnel d\u2019encadrement change de fa\u00e7on tr\u00e8s significative. Avec une priorit\u00e9 majeure: prot\u00e9ger la coh\u00e9sion des \u00e9quipes qui se voient moins souvent et compos\u00e9es de collaborateurs focalis\u00e9s sur des objectifs individuels.<\/p>\n<p>Encha\u00eenons sans d\u00e9lai avec les meilleures recettes partag\u00e9es avec nous par les trois t\u00e9moins de cette journ\u00e9e. Comment r\u00e9ussir donc la transformation digitale en s\u2019appuyant sur le facteur humain?<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>1. Dans tous les cas, privil\u00e9gier le bon sens\u2026 en rapprochant la d\u00e9cision du terrain<\/em><\/strong> \u00e0 chaque fois que cela s\u2019av\u00e8re possible. Cela reste en effet le moyen id\u00e9al pour donner ce fameux \u2018sens\u2019 auquel chacun de nos coll\u00e8gues aspire. Donner \u00e0 celles et ceux qui \u2018font\u2019 la possibilit\u00e9 de participer aux d\u00e9cisions qui concernent leur travail quotidien semble aller de soi.<\/p>\n<p>2. Il faut consentir <strong><em>un triple investissement en mati\u00e8re de leadership, de formation et d\u2019accompagnement.<\/em><\/strong> Et ce, toujours avec une grande bienveillance car il serait bon de se rappeler que plus la technologie \u00e9volue, moins elle devient accessible. A quels niveaux devrions-nous investir donc?<br \/>\nEn formation \u00e0 la ma\u00eetrise des technologies pour commencer bien s\u00fbr. En d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences du personnel d\u2019encadrement ensuite, pour faire face \u00e0 un contexte qui exige de gros efforts en communication entre autres. Et enfin, en mati\u00e8re de concertation sociale \u00e9galement ! La qualit\u00e9 du dialogue social est certainement un pr\u00e9-requis pour r\u00e9ussir la mutation vers ces nouvelles technologies \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main.<\/p>\n<p>3. Le digital donne naissance \u00e0 un flux de donn\u00e9es ininterrompu mais notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 traiter celles-ci a-t-elle \u00e9t\u00e9 adapt\u00e9e entre-temps? Nous sommes aujourd\u2019hui en mesure de mesurer et d\u2019analyser avec finesse la plupart de nos activit\u00e9s et de profiter des informations disponibles pour am\u00e9liorer nos m\u00e9thodes de travail. SI nous y parvenons dans les faits, nous devrions pouvoir <strong><em>d\u00e9gager du temps pour investir dans la qualit\u00e9 des prestations<\/em><\/strong>, qui passe tr\u00e8s souvent par le renforcement des relations humaines.<\/p>\n<p>Le paradoxe au centre de la transformation digitale peut \u00eatre vu comme une formidable opportunit\u00e9.
