Depuis quelques jours &#8211; et ce vendredi 8 mars constituera peut-\u00eatre un pic historique en la mati\u00e8re -, nous sommes inond\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9tudes, enqu\u00eates, analyses nous expliquant qu\u2019il faudra plus d\u2019un si\u00e8cle pour enfin r\u00e9aliser une parfaite \u00e9galit\u00e9 des genres. Une \u2018excellente\u2019 fa\u00e7on de reporter le \u2018probl\u00e8me\u2019 \u00e0 demain\u2026.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Faut-il continuer \u00e0 d\u00e9noncer une situation qui ne trouve plus aucune justification rationnelle, autre que le poids de l\u2019histoire. Nous nous demandons forc\u00e9ment si cela sert \u00e0 quelque chose d\u2019avancer des chiffres afin de protester contre les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s. La r\u00e9ponse est n\u00e9gative.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque jour, nous rencontrons des dirigeants d\u2019entreprise et responsables RH pour qui l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des genres n\u2019est pas une question centrale. En aucun cas, ce n\u2019est une marque de d\u00e9sint\u00e9r\u00eat vis-\u00e0-vis des femmes. Il s\u2019agit au contraire de la traduction d&rsquo;un mod\u00e8le d\u2019\u00e9ducation privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 qui a int\u00e9gr\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 comme un \u00e9l\u00e9ment naturel, qui va de soi et donc qui ne n\u00e9cessite pas forc\u00e9ment de mesure corrective. Malheureusement, cela ne suffit pas.<\/p>\n<p>Car notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 n\u2019est pas \u00e9galitaire. Ni vis-\u00e0-vis des femmes, ni vis-\u00e0-vis d\u2019autres \u2018segments\u2019 de population qui ne s\u2019inscrivent pas \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9vidence dans le mod\u00e8le du m\u00e2le dominant qui chasse, cultive, procr\u00e9e et jouit ponctuellement d\u2019un repos bien m\u00e9rit\u00e9 savamment organis\u00e9 par son\/sa partenaire de vie.<\/p>\n<p>Nous pensons qu\u2019il faut agir vite et simplement. Dans nos entreprises, il faut la mettre en oeuvre, cette parfaitre \u00e9galit\u00e9. Comment?<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019il y a des diff\u00e9rences salariales \u00e9tablies dans votre organisation, vous les \u00e9liminez.<br \/>\nS\u2019il y a des comportements install\u00e9s qui manifestement alimentent les clich\u00e9s sexistes, vous les sanctionnez.<br \/>\nS\u2019il y a des modalit\u00e9s organisationnelles qui freinent la progression professionnelle des femmes, vous les modifiez. Sans d\u00e9lai.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9fi ne s\u2019arr\u00eate pas \u00e0 la sph\u00e8re professionnelle. Nous pensons aussi qu\u2019il faut \u00e9duquer nos enfants en assurant que l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des genres est un pilier incontournable dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui privil\u00e9gie le respect et l\u2019harmonie. Pour cela, nos filles doivent grandir dans un environnement qui leur enseigne que tout est possible, malgr\u00e9 les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s affligeantes auxquelles elles peuvent \u00eatre confront\u00e9es parfois. Nos gar\u00e7ons doivent comprendre qu\u2019ils ont exactement les m\u00eames droits et devoirs que leurs soeurs.
