Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une \u00e9tape significative dans le processus de validation par les instances du projet soumis depuis quelques semaines aux consultations aupr\u00e8s de la &lsquo;base&rsquo;.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, le syndicat explique que les affili\u00e9s ACV-CSC METEA sont toutefois doublement inquiets.<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;une part, ils d\u00e9noncent <em>\u00ab\u00a0le marchandage \u00e0 propos de la marge salariale prouve que la nouvelle loi sur les salaires est remplie de logiciels truqu\u00e9s. Quand le jour de la gr\u00e8ve nationale on annonce un nouveau calcul de la marge salariale et que ce recalcul fait augmenter la marge disponible de 40% en l\u2019espace de quelques jours, soit de 0,8 \u00e0 1,1%, il ne fait plus aucun doute que cette loi sur les salaires est tr\u00e8s probl\u00e9matique. Cette loi a perdu le peu de cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 qu\u2019il lui restait. Le prochain gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral devra la modifier en profondeur.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;autre part, la CSC explique que <em>\u00ab\u00a0les d\u00e9clarations de l\u2019Open Vld, de la N-VA et du ministre Bacquelaine (MR) au sujet du projet d\u2019AIP suscitent un grand m\u00e9contentement. Les accords figurant dans le projet d\u2019AIP \u00e0 propos de la hausse des pensions les plus basses, des emplois de fin de carri\u00e8re et du RCC devront \u00eatre concr\u00e9tis\u00e9s et mis en \u0153uvre par le gouvernement. C\u2019est essentiel pour les travailleurs qui ont souvent commenc\u00e9 tr\u00e8s jeunes \u00e0 exercer des m\u00e9tiers p\u00e9nibles. Nos affili\u00e9s ne supporteraient pas que les politiques fassent preuve d\u2019arrogance \u00e0 leur \u00e9gard.\u00a0C\u2019est justement cette partie du projet d\u2019accord qui a incit\u00e9 nos militants \u00e0 approuver l\u2019AIP.\u00a0Cet \u00e9quilibre ne peut pas \u00eatre perturb\u00e9, sinon nous aurons un probl\u00e8me !\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>ACV-CSC METEA tient \u00e0 donner toutes ses chances \u00e0 la concertation sociale, c\u2019est pourquoi les membres du Conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019approuver ce projet d\u2019AIP.\u00a0Suite du processus d\u00e9cisionnel \u00e0 la CSC: les repr\u00e9sentants d\u2019ACV-CSC METEA d\u00e9fendront cette d\u00e9cision lors du Conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la CSC, qui se r\u00e9unira le 26 mars 2019.<\/p>\n<p><em>Source : ACV-CSC METEA<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ACV-CSC METEA, la plus grande centrale syndicale repr\u00e9sentant les travailleurs des secteurs du m\u00e9tal et du textile, a approuv\u00e9 \u00e0 la majorit\u00e9 des deux tiers le projet d&rsquo;accord interprofessionnel (AIP).
