Les deux autres places du top 5\u00a0sont attribu\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience utilisateur et au gain de temps pour les RH relationnelles (questions des travailleurs).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La fiche de paie num\u00e9rique est un bon premier pas, tout comme la centralisation du stockage des donn\u00e9es, mais l\u2019\u00e9tablissement d\u2019un lien entre le payroll et la comptabilit\u00e9 gagnent en popularit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les PME amorcent la simplification et l\u2019automatisation num\u00e9riques afin de diminuer la quantit\u00e9 de t\u00e2ches administratives manuelles (65 %), plut\u00f4t que de r\u00e9duire les frais du service du personnel (29 %) ou de lib\u00e9rer du temps pour les RH strat\u00e9giques (24 %), qui constituent ensemble le top trois. L\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience utilisateur et le gain de temps pour les RH relationnelles (questions des travailleurs) compl\u00e8tent le top 5.<\/p>\n<p>Les organisations qui emploient plus de 20 travailleurs choisissent deux fois plus souvent le \u00ab gain de temps pour les RH strat\u00e9giques et relationnelles \u00bb comme moteur de la num\u00e9risation. Il en va de m\u00eame pour plus de la moiti\u00e9 des PME avec 50 \u00e0 99 travailleurs. L\u2019image de l\u2019employeur et les activit\u00e9s ind\u00e9pendantes de la localisation sont moins importantes pour les PME belges.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Pas de temps pour g\u00e9rer\u00a0l\u2019absent\u00e9isme ou la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration&#8230;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Un service du personnel sur trois n\u2019a pas de temps \u00e0 consacrer aux projets strat\u00e9giques tels que les analyses de l\u2019absent\u00e9isme ou les nouvelles r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations. En ce qui concerne les relations humaines et les questions d\u2019ordre juridique, une des plus petites entreprises (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 cinq travailleurs) sur cinq d\u00e9clare m\u00eame ne pas y consacrer de temps du tout. En outre, la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre elles y accordent moins de 25 % tandis que ce chiffre atteint 25 \u00e0 50 % pour un autre cinqui\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>La plupart des responsables et des services du personnel qui travaillent dans des PME r\u00e9partissent le temps dont ils disposent entre diff\u00e9rents domaines. Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux d\u00e9clarent que les relations humaines\/questions juridiques et les projets strat\u00e9giques repr\u00e9sentent moins de 25 % de leur temps.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Cela\u00a0commence par la (num\u00e9risation de la) fiche de paie.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Plus de six responsables du personnel ou g\u00e9rants interrog\u00e9s sur dix d\u00e9clarent qu\u2019ils ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 adopt\u00e9 la fiche de salaire num\u00e9rique. Ce chiffre correspond \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation r\u00e9elle des clients de SD Worx, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 qui 75 % des travailleurs employ\u00e9s dans des organisations avec moins de 100 travailleurs re\u00e7oivent d\u00e9j\u00e0 une fiche de paie num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<p>La tendance pour les grandes entreprises est \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation de la mise en \u0153uvre de solutions num\u00e9riques, mais celles-ci sont seulement tr\u00e8s prononc\u00e9es concernant les pr\u00e9sences et les absences ainsi que la rapidit\u00e9 d\u2019ex\u00e9cution des rapports pour la direction et la comptabilit\u00e9 (en mati\u00e8re de cong\u00e9 maladie, de capacit\u00e9 vs planning, d\u2019aper\u00e7u budg\u00e9taire).<\/p>\n<p>\ufffcVassilios Skarlidis, Directeur R\u00e9gional PME chez SD Worx, d\u00e9clare : <em>\u00ab La num\u00e9risation est \u00e9videmment au programme des PME. Pas moins de la moiti\u00e9 des PME d\u00e9clarent travailler actuellement sur un projet de num\u00e9risation, en particulier concernant l\u2019automatisation de tous les processus op\u00e9rationnels ou de la comptabilit\u00e9. Il est donc logique qu\u2019un cinqui\u00e8me de ces entreprises pr\u00e9voient d\u2019\u00e9tablir un lien entre le payroll et la comptabilit\u00e9, ce qui est d\u00e9j\u00e0 le cas pour un quart d\u2019entre elles. La num\u00e9risation au sein du service du personnel permet d\u2019all\u00e9ger les charges administratives et de lib\u00e9rer du temps pour les t\u00e2ches RH plus strat\u00e9giques et relationnelles. La fiche de paie num\u00e9rique constitue souvent un bon d\u00e9but. Toutefois, le stockage centralis\u00e9 de toutes les donn\u00e9es des travailleurs, telles que les \u00e9l\u00e9ments salariaux, ainsi qu\u2019une solution num\u00e9rique permettant aux collaborateurs de d\u00e9clarer et de rapporter les pr\u00e9sences et les absences pour la comptabilit\u00e9 et la direction sont \u00e9galement cruciaux.
