Travailler quatre jours par semaine et \u00eatre pay\u00e9 pareil, cela n&rsquo;a plus rien d&rsquo;illusoire. Comme le rapporte le quotidien Les Echos, une entreprise n\u00e9o-z\u00e9landaise l\u2019a fait, et les r\u00e9sultats sont plut\u00f4t positifs !<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les Echos Start relatent le projet d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 au sein d&rsquo;une entreprise n\u00e9o-z\u00e9landaise et rel\u00e8ve bon nombre d&rsquo;entreprises hexagonales int\u00e9ress\u00e9es par celui-ci.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0En Nouvelle-Z\u00e9lande, l\u2019entreprise Perpetual Guardian a lanc\u00e9 une exp\u00e9rimentation\u2026 plut\u00f4t enthousiasmante ! L\u2019entreprise de gestion de fortune a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de r\u00e9duire la semaine de ses collaborateurs \u00e0 quatre jours, tout en leur permettant de conserver leur salaire, pour une p\u00e9riode test de deux mois, comme l\u2019indique le Guardian.\u00a0Les 240 employ\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9s et interrog\u00e9s par des chercheurs avant, pendant et apr\u00e8s la p\u00e9riode d\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation, \u00e0 savoir les mois de mars et avril. Et ce fut positif : la satisfaction concernant l\u2019\u00e9quilibre vie pro-vie perso, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire le fait que les employ\u00e9s aient l\u2019impression de bien g\u00e9rer \u00e0 la fois leur travail et leurs activit\u00e9s personnelles, a progress\u00e9 de 24%. En novembre 2017, seulement un petit peu plus de la moiti\u00e9 (54%) des salari\u00e9s estimaient que cet \u00e9quilibre \u00e9tait satisfaisant, alors qu\u2019apr\u00e8s les deux mois, ils \u00e9taient 78% \u00e0 le penser ! Le stress de ces salari\u00e9s a par ailleurs diminu\u00e9 de 7 points, alors que leur engagement et leur motivation ont augment\u00e9 de 5 points.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Implication et recherche d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Cette exp\u00e9rimentation a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite main dans la main avec les salari\u00e9s, qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 impliqu\u00e9s dans le processus et ont notamment eu leur mot \u00e0 dire sur les jours durant lesquels ils sont venus travailler, de sorte \u00e0 ce que cette r\u00e9duction du temps de travail n\u2019impacte pas leur productivit\u00e9.
