Des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la table, les partenaires sociaux se r\u00e9jouissent de la possibilit\u00e9 de mettre en oeuvre les principales mesures contenues dans l&rsquo;Accord Interprofessionnel 2019-2020 qui n&rsquo;a cependant pu \u00eatre ratifi\u00e9 dans son int\u00e9gralit\u00e9.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La CSC se r\u00e9jouit de la signature de ces CCT qui \u00ab\u00a0<em>d\u00e9montre une nouvelle fois l\u2019importance de la concertation sociale dans notre pays. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 elle, chaque travailleur (avec ou sans emploi), pensionn\u00e9, malade ou personne handicap\u00e9e, verra son quotidien s\u2019am\u00e9liorer.\u00a0La marge maximale pour l\u2019\u00e9volution des salaires est de 1,1 % en plus de l\u2019indexation attendue de 3,4 % et, bien entendu, en plus des augmentations bar\u00e9miques existantes. Sur une masse salariale de 170 milliards d\u2019euros dans le secteur priv\u00e9, cette marge signifie qu\u2019une somme de 1,87 milliard d\u2019euros est disponible pour n\u00e9gocier dans les secteurs et dans les entreprises.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le syndicat rel\u00e8ve encore les acquis qui vont pouvoir \u00eatre d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice des travailleurs: <em>\u00ab\u00a0les emplois de fin de carri\u00e8re et le RCC avant 60 ans restent possibles pour les m\u00e9tiers lourds, les carri\u00e8res longues et les entreprises en difficult\u00e9 et en restructuration. Il s\u2019agit des emplois de fin de carri\u00e8re \u00e0 4\/5\u00e8me temps \u00e0 partir de 55 ans, des emplois de fin de carri\u00e8re \u00e0 mi-temps \u00e0 partir de 57 ans et des RCC \u00e0 partir de 58 ou 59 ans.\u00a0L\u2019intervention de l\u2019employeur dans les d\u00e9placements domicile-lieu de tra\u00advail en transports en commun va augmenter. Les 5 premiers kilom\u00e8\u00adtres seront d\u00e9sormais rembours\u00e9s.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Un projet de CCT permettant d\u2019augmenter le salaire minimum de 1,1 % au 1er juillet 2019 est \u00e9galement pr\u00eat. D\u2019ici au 30 septembre, les interlocuteurs sociaux veulent \u00e9laborer de nouvelles propositions pour augmenter davantage ce salaire minimum. Les n\u00e9gociations sectorielles seront \u00e9galement l\u2019occasion d\u2019entreprendre de nouvelles d\u00e9marches concernant l\u2019harmonisation des pensions compl\u00e9mentaires des ouvriers et des employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Selon la FEB \u00e9galement, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une\u00a0bonne nouvelle puisque il est d\u00e9sormais possible\u00a0de voir les diff\u00e9rents points du projet d\u2019accord interprofessionnel prendre une base l\u00e9gale. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les partenaires sociaux ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de renouveler le cadre interprofessionnel pour les diff\u00e9rents r\u00e9gimes de ch\u00f4mage avec compl\u00e9ment d\u2019entreprise (RCC) et les fins de carri\u00e8re, \u00e0 condition que l\u2019\u00e2ge d\u2019acc\u00e8s pour tous les RCC soit port\u00e9 \u00e0 60 ans en 2021.Pour les emplois de fin de carri\u00e8re, l\u2019\u00e2ge est donc maintenu \u00e0 55 ans pour les r\u00e9ductions \u00e0 concurrence de 1\/5. Pour les r\u00e9gimes \u00e0 mi-temps, l\u2019\u00e2ge est port\u00e9 \u00e0 57 ans.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Mobilit\u00e9 et heures suppl\u00e9mentaires volontaires<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les partenaires sociaux ont arr\u00eat\u00e9 3 mesures concernant la mobilit\u00e9 et visant \u00e0 encourager un shift modal vers les transports en commun et les modes de transport alternatifs pour les d\u00e9placements domicile-lieu de travail. L&rsquo;intervention dans l&rsquo;abonnement train-tram-bus est par exemple port\u00e9e \u00e0 70%. Une recommandation est aussi formul\u00e9e en faveur du budget mobilit\u00e9.\u00a0En ce qui concerne les heures suppl\u00e9mentaires volontaires, le quota est augment\u00e9 de 20%, passant de 100 \u00e0 120 heures par ann\u00e9e civile.<\/p>\n<p>La f\u00e9d\u00e9ration patronale revient sur son &lsquo;propre bilan&rsquo; \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue de ce processus de concertation sociale compliqu\u00e9..<em>. \u00ab\u00a0Les partenaires sociaux formulent \u00e9galement plusieurs recommandations aux secteurs et entreprises concernant, entre autres, la concr\u00e9tisation de la marge salariale, la suppression progressive des diff\u00e9rences entre employ\u00e9s et ouvriers en mati\u00e8re de pensions compl\u00e9mentaires et la paix sociale. Il est une bonne chose que le projet d\u2019AIP soit \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent presque int\u00e9gralement mis en \u0153uvre.
