En avril 2014, un arr\u00eat\u00e9 royal modifiait le champ d’application de la CP n\u00b0 200, avec pour objectif de remplacer l’actuelle commission paritaire n\u00b0 218 (fond\u00e9e en 1957) par la commission paritaire n\u00b0 200 (fond\u00e9e en 1974).<\/h1>\n

Dans cet arr\u00eat\u00e9 royal, il \u00e9tait pr\u00e9vu que la CP 218 continuait d’exister jusqu’\u00e0 ce que la CP 200 soit constitu\u00e9e, donc jusqu’\u00e0 ce que ses membres soient nomm\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

R\u00e9cemment, les partenaires sociaux ont sign\u00e9 un protocole d’accord pour que la transformation de la CP 218 en CP 200 soit effective pour le 1er avril 2015.<\/p>\n

Qu’est-ce que cela signifie concr\u00e8tement ?<\/h2>\n

Le 1er avril, la CP 200 sera activ\u00e9e et la CP 218 sera dispara\u00eetra : les employeurs et les travailleurs de la CP 218 passeront en CP 200 et l’actuelle CP 218 sera supprim\u00e9e. A cette m\u00eame date, sera conclue en CP 200 une CCT sp\u00e9cifique par laquelle toutes les CCT existantes de la CP 218 seront int\u00e9gralement transf\u00e9r\u00e9es en CP 200. Concr\u00e8tement, cela signifie que les droits et les obligations des employeurs et des travailleurs ne seront pas modifi\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Enfin, le 1er avril, sera \u00e9galement cr\u00e9\u00e9 un Fonds social de la CP 200 qui reprendra l’actif et le passif de la CP 218.<\/p>\n
