Ces \u00ab mystery calls \u00bb seraient organis\u00e9s par un inspecteur social lorsqu\u2019une plainte a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9e contre une entreprise.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Il est prouv\u00e9 depuis longtemps que certains groupes d\u00e9favoris\u00e9s sont discrimin\u00e9s sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi sur base de leur origine, \u00e2ge, sexe, handicap, couleur de peau, orientation sexuelle, leurs convictions philosophiques ou religieuses, etc.<\/p>\n<p>La l\u00e9gislation anti-discrimination est un outil pour lutter contre les discriminations \u00e0 l\u2019embauche, mais elle est insuffisante selon le service Diversit\u00e9d de la CSC. La lutte contre les discriminations doit, selon eux, \u00eatre renforc\u00e9e par la sensibilisation, la pr\u00e9vention et des mesures positives pour faciliter l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019emploi des travailleuses et travailleurs \u00e9trangers ou d\u2019origine \u00e9trang\u00e8re, des femmes, des jeunes, des travailleurs \u00e2g\u00e9s, des personnes ayant un handicap.<\/p>\n<p>La proposition du ministre f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de l\u2019Emploi Kris Peeters sur les appels myst\u00e8res est int\u00e9ressante, mais le service Diversit\u00e9 de la CSC insiste que elle doit \u00eatre bien articul\u00e9e avec d\u2019autres outils existants pour que cela fonctionne de mani\u00e8re concr\u00e8te et produise les r\u00e9sultats souhait\u00e9s.
