Il est clair que la politique en faveur de la diversit\u00e9 doit encore \u00eatre renforc\u00e9e et qu\u2019il y va de la responsabilit\u00e9 de tous : autorit\u00e9s publiques, employeurs, syndicats,\u2026<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Le p\u00e9nible constat s\u2019impose une nouvelle fois : la discrimination est un grave probl\u00e8me soci\u00e9tal, un probl\u00e8me qui touche aussi le march\u00e9 du travail. Soyons clairs : la discrimination doit \u00eatre bannie. Notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a en effet tout int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 mettre et \u00e0 maintenir un maximum de personnes au travail. Nous constatons d\u2019ailleurs que les pays qui ont les march\u00e9s du travail les plus inclusifs sont aussi ceux qui sont les plus prosp\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Federgon, le seul moyen pour parvenir \u00e0 des r\u00e9sultats est d\u2019attaquer le probl\u00e8me \u00e0 la base, et tous les acteurs concern\u00e9s doivent prendre leurs responsabilit\u00e9s. Les responsables politiques ne doivent pas penser que la solution r\u00e9side dans des tests pratiques g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9s, qui seraient organis\u00e9s par les autorit\u00e9s publiques.
