Quels enjeux pour ce dossier du mois d&rsquo;avril ? Les voici.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Constat port\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs reprises d\u00e9j\u00e0 : la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 est quasi sans limite en mati\u00e8re de diversification des solutions propos\u00e9es \u00e0 nos collaborateurs lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019\u00e9toffer leur package salarial. Quant \u00e0 savoir combien de temps encore dureront ces petits jeux bas\u00e9 sur la vivacit\u00e9 et l\u2019optimisation fiscale, nous verrons !<\/p>\n<p>Dans un tout autre registre, la communication occupe enfin une place pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rante dans la liste des processus strat\u00e9giques \u00e8s People Management. Les pratiques sont tant\u00f4t inspir\u00e9es d\u2019une culture marketing forte, tant\u00f4t emprunt\u00e9es aux manuels obsol\u00e8tes de gestion du changement et laissent encore globalement \u00e0 d\u00e9sirer. Mais soyons positifs, nous progressons dans un domaine enfin reconnu comme partie int\u00e9grante du p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre RH.<\/p>\n<p>Si ce n\u2019est du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la politique de Reward, ni du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la politique de Communication que se trouve le n\u0153ud, c\u2019est donc comme souvent dans l\u2019intervalle que cela se passe\u2026 Oui, la coordination des deux processus devient un enjeu cl\u00e9 pour les d\u00e9partements RH. Nos collaborateurs n\u2019ont ni une connaissance suffisamment d\u00e9taill\u00e9e, ni une lecture dynamique \/ \u00e9volutive de la valeur de leur package global de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration. Et cela peut \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9vidence g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des incompr\u00e9hensions, voire des frustrations qui peuvent freiner la performance individuelle et collective, voire g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des conflits que nous aurions pu \u00e9viter.<\/p>\n<p>Fini le temps des lamentations ! <em>\u00ab\u00a0Mais enfin, ils ne sont jamais contents. Malgr\u00e9 tous les avantages que nous offrons, nous ne recevons que plaintes et revendications\u2026 Franchement, ils exag\u00e8rent !\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> Il ne suffit plus de penser \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quilibre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du volet R\u00e9mun\u00e9rations en combinant la qualit\u00e9 de vie, la r\u00e9tribution de la performance et l\u2019\u00e9pargne durable (au cas o\u00f9 les piliers de l\u2019\u00e9tat devaient s\u2019effondrer un jour)\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Il faut avant tout expliquer la strat\u00e9gie qui sous-tend la politique de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration. Il devient essentiel de mettre chaque d\u00e9cision \u2013 individuelle et collective, nous insisterons ! \u2013 en perspective. Nous devons consid\u00e9rer aujourd\u2019hui qu\u2019une mesure impactant le package salarial n\u2019a pas d\u2019effet significatif tant qu\u2019elle n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 comprise et appropri\u00e9e par celles et ceux qui en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient.<\/p>\n<p>Nos efforts et politiques de Reward, sans le soutien fort d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie de communication adulte, resteront un motif d\u2019insatisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>Fort heureusement, l\u2019argent ou la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration au sens large aujourd\u2019hui ne sont plus des secrets d\u2019\u00e9tat.
