Une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par la Global Payroll Alliance, en association avec le fournisseur de services RH SD Worx, parvient au constat suivant : malgr\u00e9 le nombre croissant d&rsquo;exigences de conformit\u00e9 comme le reporting des \u00e9carts salariaux, de nombreuses multinationales n&rsquo;ont pas une vision assez claire de la fonction payroll. Plus de quatre professionnels sur dix voient la RPA comme une solution pour une meilleure qualit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude s&rsquo;int\u00e9ressait aux d\u00e9fis rencontr\u00e9s par les professionnels du payroll de multinationales et sur la fa\u00e7on dont ils utilisent la technologie pour y trouver des solutions.\u00a0Ce manque d\u2019uniformit\u00e9 dans le reporting attire l\u2019attention sur le plus grand d\u00e9fi des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s avec une activit\u00e9 payroll dans plusieurs pays, \u00e0 savoir la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de reporting et de processus coh\u00e9rents dans les diff\u00e9rents pays. Trouver des informations sur la l\u00e9gislation et la conformit\u00e9, ainsi que la\u00a0connaissance de la l\u00e9gislation locale, constituent les autres difficult\u00e9s les plus fr\u00e9quentes rencontr\u00e9es par ces multinationales.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0La pression exerc\u00e9e sur les d\u00e9partements payroll augmente chaque ann\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> explique Jean-Luc Barbier, vice-pr\u00e9sident Global Solutions, SD Worx. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les changements de r\u00e9glementation vont continuer \u00e0 alourdir la charge de travail et les entreprises doivent mettre en place des syst\u00e8mes pour g\u00e9rer cette charge de travail avec pr\u00e9cision et efficacit\u00e9. Il devient de plus en plus \u00e9vident que les\u00a0donn\u00e9es payroll ont un r\u00f4le important \u00e0 jouer dans l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration des performances de l&rsquo;entreprise, et la coh\u00e9rence du reporting est essentielle \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Sept multinationales sur dix combinent encore la gestion num\u00e9rique et manuelle.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De nombreuses entreprises rel\u00e8vent ces d\u00e9fis en digitalisant leur payroll. Cependant, malgr\u00e9 les avantages en termes de rapidit\u00e9 et de pr\u00e9cision, un nombre non n\u00e9gligeable d&rsquo;entreprises g\u00e8rent toujours les processus de payroll manuellement. \u00c0 l&rsquo;heure actuelle, 12 % des entreprises n&rsquo;utilisent pas la \u00ab\u00a0smart technology\u00a0\u00bb pour g\u00e9rer les processus de payroll. La majorit\u00e9 des organisations (72 %) g\u00e8rent leurs processus de payroll \u00e0 la fois en ligne et manuellement, tandis que 13 % travaillent uniquement de fa\u00e7on num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<p>La \u00ab\u00a0Robotic Process Automation\u00a0\u00bb (RPA) joue un r\u00f4le croissant dans le processus de num\u00e9risation.\u00a0L\u2019automatisation des t\u00e2ches manuelles r\u00e9p\u00e9titives permet de faire gagner un temps consid\u00e9rable qui peut alors \u00eatre consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s RH avec plus de valeur ajout\u00e9e telles que l\u2019optimisation des processus. Presque quatre r\u00e9pondants sur dix (38 %) ne savent pas si leur organisation pourrait tirer un avantage de l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de la RPA au niveau du management du payroll. Il s&rsquo;agit l\u00e0 d&rsquo;un exemple clair du manque de compr\u00e9hension important de cette technologie qui se r\u00e9v\u00e8le de plus en plus essentielle dans le secteur. La majorit\u00e9 des organisations (44 %) estime cependant que la RPA pourrait profiter \u00e0 leur management du payroll, principalement pour la meilleure qualit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es qu\u2019elle\u00a0offre ainsi.<\/p>\n<p>Jean-Luc Barbier poursuit, <em>\u00ab\u00a0En num\u00e9risant autant que possible les processus de paie et de RH, les entreprises peuvent obtenir des informations pr\u00e9cieuses, bas\u00e9es sur des donn\u00e9es, qui peuvent contribuer \u00e0 leur transformation. Ce faisant, ils doivent \u00e9galement investir dans la formation continue de leurs employ\u00e9s. Sinon, il y a un grand risque que les avantages de cette nouvelle technologie soient compl\u00e8tement perdus.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00c0 propos du rapport &#8211; Un total de 158 professionnels a r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 l\u2019enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par la Global Payroll Association. 55% des organisations repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es par les r\u00e9pondants employaient 2500 personnes ou plus.
