En outre, plus d\u2019une PME sur cinq (21,1%) souhaitent se d\u00e9velopper \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle internationale au cours des quatre prochaines ann\u00e9es. Ce pourcentage est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que pour le reste de la Belgique : en Flandre et \u00e0 Bruxelles seule une PME sur dix a des projets d\u2019expansion internationale. Les PME wallonnes ciblent surtout les pays europ\u00e9ens (47,7%) et nos pays voisins (25,2%). Le manque des profils locaux adapt\u00e9s constitue n\u00e9anmoins la pierre d\u2019achoppement principale.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ces constatations sont les principales conclusions qui ressortent d\u2019une enqu\u00eate du prestataire de services RH SD Worx, men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 1004 PME belges.\u00a0Les PME wallonnes sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s actives \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger. 27,2% d\u2019entre elles sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans au moins un pays en dehors des fronti\u00e8res belges. 4,5% sont m\u00eame repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans plus de dix pays. En revanche, en Flandre et \u00e0 Bruxelles, respectivement 23,1% et 23,9% des PME sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, plus d\u2019une PME sur cinq (21,1%) pr\u00e9voit de se d\u00e9velopper \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle internationale vers 2023. Sur ce plan, la Wallonie fait mieux que la Flandre, o\u00f9 juste une PME sur dix cherche \u00e0 internationaliser. 7,5% souhaitent engager du personnel dans le but d\u2019entreprendre cet \u00e9largissement international ; 13,6% estiment que l\u2019effectif du personnel actuel sera suffisant.<br \/>\nPresque la moiti\u00e9 (47,7%) des PME wallonnes privil\u00e9gient les pays europ\u00e9ens pour commencer leur expansion. Un quart (25,2%) ciblent nos pays voisins. L\u2019Afrique (16,6%) et l\u2019Asie-Pacifique (8,3%) constituent \u00e9galement des options.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Manque des profils adapt\u00e9s.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les plus grandes pierres d\u2019achoppement par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019expansion internationale sont apparemment le manque des profils locaux adapt\u00e9s (23,9%) et le manque de clart\u00e9 de la l\u00e9gislation locale par rapport \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi et aux obligations en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale (22,3%). Ce sont les obstacles principaux qui d\u00e9couragent une expansion.<br \/>\nVassilios Skarlidis, Directeur R\u00e9gional PME de SD Worx confirme :<em> \u00ab\u00a0Il est indispensable de bien guider nos PME par rapport \u00e0 leurs obstacles : la recherche des profils locaux adapt\u00e9s et l&rsquo;application correcte de la r\u00e8glementation locale et internationale par rapport \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale, de droit du travail et de droit fiscal. L&rsquo;\u00e9laboration d&rsquo;un contrat de travail \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger peut se faire facilement, mais il est n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;y accorder une attention particuli\u00e8re, qui est \u00e9galement de mise pour la modification du contrat de travail existant.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Source : pour ses pr\u00e9visions d\u2019emploi trimestrielles, SD Worx a interrog\u00e9 pour la 35e fois un nombre repr\u00e9sentatif de PME belges sur leurs attentes en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi. 1004 entreprises comptant de 1 \u00e0 99 travailleurs ont pris part \u00e0 cette \u00e9dition de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate. Pour l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019\u00e9chantillonnage, la marge d\u2019erreur est de 3,0 %.
