Les r\u00e9sultats sont remarquables. 88,8 % des candidats belges affirment postuler au moyen d\u2019un CV r\u00e9dig\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on traditionnelle. Les candidats sont incit\u00e9s \u00e0 se pr\u00e9senter de fa\u00e7on amusante avec leur portfolio et sont donc plus susceptibles d\u2019utiliser des outils comme la vid\u00e9o.
